If fields is playing QB at Georgia over fromm

UGA sticking with Fromm instead of hiring a legit OC and riding with Fieds set them back 5-6 years. They may never recover
I agree fields play making ability out of the pocket is next level and gives defensive coordinators something else to worry about. Fromm will be a journeyman quarterback in the league.

Fields will make it..I just don’t think he’s that good...Fromm would light it up in OSU system and in the Conference too..personally I think Fromm will be a steal for a team on boarderLine of success

Well...yeah there I agree. He will 'make it' as in drafted by some desperate team but he won't be successful. It's just a QB friendly system. Look at Haskins. He's one read then lost.

I can definitely see Fromm having more success than Fields in the pros.

It’s doubtful Fromm would light it up in OSU system.

He’s an average QB. Yes Coley is their OC but Fromm is playing behind a beastly Oline who gives him great protection and he fails to put up big numbers.

When the talent gap is smaller, the windows are smaller and he has less time in the pocket the odds are he will be just an “ok” quarterback.

Fields is inaccurate as ****. Trevor is head and shoulders better than him. Fields is better than Fromm but not by much.

how did fields look in That UGA system last year? I know it was only one year and limited role but that UGA system is too static and pass game variations are terrible. It’s like the concepts we ran under MR. Fromm would kill it on OSU system..his number in the UGA system are astronomical too me tbh for his career..then add that Lawrence cager was his number 1 wr lol

Georgia is 0-6 when Fromm attempts over 30 passes.

Patriots don’t do well when Tom Brady has to throw more than he should

Terrible comparison.
Here's Brady's 40+ Attempts records. In the most recent 3 years span (8-6).
2019: 5-2
2018: 2-2
2017: 1-2

You think this is the same as literally NEVER winning a game when the team is on your shoulders?

Here's some more info for Fromm;
Every single year this dude has a really good game against Missouri, where he does well with 23+ attempts. This year, he did well against UF, Georgia Tech, and Arkansas St. If you check the rest of his games out (so the other 36 games since he's played in 42) his best games are when he's under 20 attempts and pretty much having the offense being carried by the RBs. This tells me that he needs a really good offensive line to be an effective QB, and he can function in an offense but won't elevate it.

For comparison's sake, when James Coley was at Miami running his offense, Kaaya routinely had games going 30+ passes in a win. WITH GOLDEN HERE. However, when the defense was trash and we needed Kaaya to light it up, he's 2-5(in 2 years with Coley + 1 with Richt) when he had 40+ attempts.

Thats just this year. His first 2 years he had Jeremiah Holloman, Javon Wims, Riley Ridley, Mecole Hardman(who just set a rookie record in the NFL) and Terry Godwin was also a solid WR.
From that 0-6, only 2 of those games were this year.

Again, thats only this year...Chaney was his OC before. When Eason was with Chaney for a year, as a Freshman, Eason was 3-3 in games where he had over 30 attempts. Fromm has 0 wins under those circumstances in the same amount of tries (6).

Eason this year is 3-3 again while playing for Washington btw

Okay so it’s likely in those games he was playing from behind..but what’s your overall point? You think Eason has been better than Fromm?
