I Know Most Here Had Some Unsavory Things to Say About Him

When the **** did Berrios become public enemy #1 ?

I think people were expecting more by now. He's gotta show us something next season.

- Barely averaged 4 yards a punt return, good for 57th in the country. If you think about it, you could field a punt and just lunge forward and average that. If you had a stroke on every punt return with the wind at your back, you'd be as successful at returning punts as Braxton Berrios.

- His claim to fame as of right now is having a TD pass bounce off his face like Air Bud in the FSU game.

Hopefully he's healthy and it clicks because we obviously need the help at WR.

I expect more as well and agree on his health and it clicking.

I could create I expect more threads about almost everyone, but Corn Elder and Njoku.

Has had a bad shake of injuries IMO, lets judge him when he's healthy. He did make a play when we need it the most in that bowl game though

Berrios is who I always thought he was. Not hating, but he is not anywhere near elite. He never have been, even in HS

If a guy like Berrios is one of your top 3 WR's at Miami, then you've mucked up recruiting the position, and will have serious problems on O

Could be a top 2 WR at a school like Wake Forest, but at Miami he should be your 6th WR at best, with MAYBE 1-2 targets per game.

repped for the Air Bud reference

Nobody has been able to cover for years and he'll get open at this level as well. I just hope someone doesn't clean his clock, but he's probably used to hearing that. He's jacked as **** for his size, so he's as ready physically as he ever will be.

There's a reason Fishbein said he was the best slot receiver he's ever seen (not best wide receiver as some misquoted him as saying) from the area.

coley was slot guy last year. just to point it out. its not berrios spot in fact no one has a spot yet. i could see richards and bruce both seeing alot of playing time at wr.

in 21 sets though i see coley cager as wrs. bruce will get some play in 3 wr , 4 wr sets no doubt, i expect him to be our kr, pr to start year though. richards will get alot of time on outside also with coley getting some slot time. but berrios will see feild and be a part of wr rotation. is a nice slot guy. bruce has much better talent but experiance early on will matter some.

I can really see him being an Antonio Brown type receiver for Miami. Not comparing him to Antonio Brown, but I can see Richt using him the way the Steelers use Brown. Not just the slot....

I think he's being pigeon holed as a slot receiver. I think this kid can do some damage on the outside too.

That's some funny ****! Lol. If you think about it though, he makes that catch in the end zone, there's a good chance we beat FSU in that game and Al gets another 10 years added to his contract.

I'm a personal fan of the kid but I agree. And you didn't mention his propensity for injury. Has been injured the last three years including high school.

Eh, looks OK....JAG. Would be an afterthought at real Program for at least 2-3 yrs. Not elite. Will catch a few balls here. No one will remember him in 4 years.

His routes are just vicious. This shake route is ******* textbook. You can't run it better than that.

Berrio's didn't show much on punt return but I'm not judging anyone who played st under Golden...he had earl moore and sunny on punt coverage....i remember berrios almost broke one but one of his blockers ran into him (dmari jones i believe)....can't wait to see what hartley does on st...

When did db's start wearing roller skates?

Freshman AA and ACC Offensive Rookie of the Year

Coley, Cager, and Njoku should clear plenty of space for him underneath.

I think we see Berrios bounce back and let's not overlook his chemistry with Kaaya and knowledge of the team before we take his job away. Clearly Bruce is the better talent but if we are talking this year I don't want to get ahead of myself.

Wouldnt surprise me if he's there from day 1 though at all.

Coley
Cager
Njoku
Bruce

Thats scary potential.

Lowballing him.......if he is the next Steve Smith, Antonio Brown, Santana Moss and Hester combination..... He wins 5 Heismans before he leaves......gets one for the thumb just because they are so impressed with the other 4 years.
