Howard's final three

I would think McGee has one spot locked down and Finnie the other. But after that we have nothing

Hmmm...starting to feel like he's going to UM.

He recently announced a top 2 of LSU and UF and all the LSU people were saying he was going to UF, same with the FSU people. His mom has preferred UF throughout but why would he announce a top 3 now with FSU and Miami in it? Doesn't make sense...guess we'll see on signing day. But if he wanted to go to UF I think he'd be there by now, he's going to Miami I think.

You are correct canes baby !!! all day long kid knows the 305 needs his services, kid looking
at all those canes in the NFL Playoff games over this weekend. It's a wrap canes baby.

Geez.

Is it ok to actually start believing this is possible?

Cant do it yet myself but man there a lot of "insiders" who made some seriously insulting comments to a lot of people regarding Howard. That would be like a little bonus for me.....but I just cant buy Howard to UM yet. Its pretty amazing that we are this far to be honest.

McGee doesnt have anything locked down, but I would love to see Finnie in there. McGee has been such a disappointment.

I thought he was a Gator for sure, but I think maybe there is something to the he doesn't want to play with Poole, and vice-versa. I mean, if he was all Gates, why all this drama?

I have been taking all of the Howard info with the proverbial grain of salt...both the positive news and the negative news. But...if he's going to give us his last OV, there is definitely something to it.

Dude has surely been here plenty and knows what UM is all about. If you're not seriously considering Miami, why would you take an OV to a place where you've been unofficially?

Either there is some serious legit interest or Howard is just taking the recruiting game-playing to a whole new level. I tend to believe in the former rather than the latter.

We shall see soon enough.

Some people will say it's a just to drive the bidding higher. In reality, he's trying to make the best decision possible and is taking his time going through the motions. In the end, it'll probably be the Gators, but you never know.

I still say Gaytors i just don't see what this kid is not seeing at Miami. I know he wants to get away but Miami CB depth chart is the worst i've seen since the probations years. Miami literally has no Cornerbacks. UF has next year Soph Roberson, Freshman 5 Star Brian Poole, JR Jaylen Watkins, JR Cody Riggs, CB/S Josh Evans. Both starters and the two deep return at CB. But some kids just want to get away for college nothing wrong with that.
 
Jacobi Brisset all over again. Kid just loves the Gators for some reason. Even WITH Muschamp

Yes, but were also bringing in gunter, hope, davis and dortch. That would mean if we put in bush (he said miami recruited him as a corner) and howard as corners, there would be six corners in this class for the 2 to 3 starting positions you mentioned. That seems a little disproportional, considering jenkins would be our only safety in this class and safety depth is questionable also (after telemaque, armstrong and possibly crawford, who do you like playing considerable minutes? exactly). I suggested bush because he has experience at safety but i was wondering who else could play safety well

Howard wants to be a 'Cane. His heart won't let him not represent his city. I think Golden can sell him on how vital he is to this team being back to the juggernaut it was created to be. Deon, Malcolm, Duke, and Waters in his ear and I like our chances.
