How do you watch the game?

Usually by myself. When I'm with friends or family, they usually look at me like I'm a crazy person......."they're up by 9, why are you so mad?"

Early games In the man cave by myself in white Dorsey or orange D. Morgan jersey, as well. This weekend though, weather permitting, I will sit on my back deck and watch the game drinking Bud while burning wood in my chiminea.

I'm in Cali so I get up early for the noon kickoffs (EST) and watch on TV or the computer (thx espn3!) -- 1080i 60" plasma in stereo surround sound!

I usually have some goodies around, try to enjoy the Canes - my wife and child always know what's happening based on my screaming, yelling and clapping.

Well I have two TVs in my room, one for cable and the other for my PS3. If the game is really stressful, I'll usually play a game on PS3 while I'm watching so I'm not focusing all of my attention on the team.

I live in Texas and usually watch the games alone. However, this weekend I have my annoying business partner in town...biggest douche ever. My wife went to ND and our son (by her first marriage), who happens to be a stud pee wee football player wants to go there in the worst way. Last laugh is on them, though. I'm planning on telling everyone before the start of the game that she and I are getting divorced and that I've been banning my biz partner's wife the last year. Should be interesting. Never liked that little brat wanting to go to ND.

:ibisroflmao: Can't believe nobody noticed this, well done.

I live in Maryland so Canes fans are few and far between. So, I generally like to go to my brother's house and watch the game together. And hope that the kids are not there. Was at Hooters on Sept. 1st watching the BC game and didn't like the feel of that. Home with Canes fans is the best.

It's a lot more Canes in Maryland than you think sir!

If Miami is away and I'm not traveling to the game, I watch it by myself. Going to bars amongst t-shirt Canes fans is unbearable - they usually don't know squat about the team and freak out after a three-and-out.

I usually watch between the spaces of my fingers, as I'm hiding behind my hands because I'm scared.

Yeah, at the alumni game watch, all the girls just gossip amongst themselves and ruin the environment.

I own a small restaurant in Labelle Fl.. (I Know, where?). But it hinders me from going to home games.
I used to have season tickets, so now I watch at work where I consider my establishment an official Hurricane Watch Party house. Lol.

I record on 2 wide screens, then go about my business. I usually return home about an hour or so into the game. Then, I start watching the recording and skip commercials. By mid-fourth Q I'm usually caught up and watching live. I watch the game again the next day, then usually delete.

This saves time and keeps the wife happy.

Either at the game, at a house full of Canes fans, or at Bokampers.

I also barely drink because I want to actually focus on the game. Once it ends, that's when I turn back into a degenerate.

I go to Son Life if it's a home game although I may begin to skip the noon kickoffs because of the sonburn. Prefer to watch at home by myself if it's a road game but sometimes its fun to be around people if the setting is right.

Yeah, there is a good amount of Miami fans in MD, Northern VA, and DC. I think they do game watches in downtown DC at Mackeys, but maybe they moved it back to Bethesda. Either way, I never really cared for going to the game watch; as someone else pointed out, there are usually a bunch of fans that are not very knowledgeable that freak out one way or the other, 'we are the best'/'we are the worst'... then again, it's just like the game day thread :cigar:

Interesting that many of you prefer to protect the world from any potential incredible hulk rages and watch alone. LOL. I do too.

Everyone in my household knows NOT to blaspheme the minutes leading up to, and especially during, opening KO. At halftime KSU I couldn't handle it anymore so I hit the Virginia Key trails on my bike, listening on my iPod to WVUM, riding until exhausted. I watch reruns of games for any good Canes plays win our lose. Home games I'm at No Life hoping a crowd shows up one day. Soon. Soon, I tell myself.

I have a Miami room. I watch my games in the Miami room. I stay in Georgia now, so I try to go to a couple games a year. But my Ole lady knows when the canes come on, there will be a lot of cursing or yelling in joy.

I watch with my entire family including 2 yo and 9 month old at the stadium (be part of the solution, not the problem) or sports grill for away games.
- I do not sit (I was trained at the Orange Bowl)
- I do not talk (unless I am cheering or cussing)
- I do not permit phone usage around me text, call or picture taking (unless someone is dying, it can wait) I will and have confiscated phones.

if we lose, I want to go directly home.

To even out the universe however, the next day I do not watch football but do something with the family. The bigger the loss the more grand the effort (again balance). Example: Day after K State I drove me family to Disney on F*cking Ice in Sunrise despite the fact they were coming to Miami the following weekend.
