Would love to have him as our D coordinator? This guy is one of the best in the business. Always has a consistent top D and gets his players in positions to MAKE plays. He attacks and plays aggressive. This is what we are really lacking. I know a lot of it is the personnel but you can't tell me over the past 15 years Va Tech has had better athletes.

Get him and we win a title sooner than later.

You DO know we have a top 2 defense right now, right?? Yes, the man is respectable but you are trying to replace one of the few coaches on staff actually fulfilling his potential. Who ya got for Special Teams??

Foster might need a change of scenery. Like to Miami after Diaz bolts at the end of the season. Miami has to be like a value investor in the market since we don't have the money of many programs. Buy big when the stocks are down, which means making an offer to Kendal Briles now and possibly Foster when Diaz leaves. Or going after Lane Kiffin for HC after Rick's offense flops again next year.
