Here’s some cold truth for you

Oklahoma has been a factor for a while. Not that I'm gospel or anything, but I told the board this at least a month ago. They started making headway once our season began to unravel. That's what I was told. I've also been told that the staff still thinks they get him.

I'm not quite sure why there hasn't been any Oklahoma smoke in the past month. But they've been a contender for a while.

you did. I remember. You were the only one actually

Unfortunately, and this is not a knock on you, Macho. But I don't take the staff's confidence on any respective recruit seriously. They seriously do not know how to read kids. This strikes me as one of those situations.
You're absolutely right.

This staff should not have anyone's confidence. This recruiting cycle is what they are.

Another cold hard truth, we are a mid-tier Power 5 program.

Maybe we need to start recruiting like it. Get those "Plan B" types locked up in July or something.

LOL @ Mark Richt and this jabroni program thinking they can compete with Alabama, Georgia, Oklahoma, and Ohio State on what is...their day.

Maybe we wouldn't miss out on the Johnny Dixon types or the Jahmon Brown types or the John Dunmore types locally if we get them locked up and show'em "love" throughout the process. idk. I'd rather have a few Jeremiah Payton's in the hand, then waiting on a few Haselwoods in the bush.

Competing for recruits with Georgia, Alabama, Oklahoma, Ohio State...or...coming soon, the Gators again? Good luck. We stink.

We are the broke, ugly af, socially awkward dude that hits on 9s and 10s at the club and wonders why we go home with our dyck in our hands. Then, you got fans that are becoming INCEL af, because they get bitter at the recruits...recruits are just shallow and exist to torture and disrespect the U. Get lost. We stink. These top players legitimately have no reason to come here. We stink on the field. We don't develop these players for the pro game anymore. Our campus life ain't all that. Our game atmosphere is regularly terrible. We don't drop bags at near the weight of most top tier Power 5 programs.

I thank god for grant'n me, this moment of clarity...this moment of honesty.

This has all been true for 15 years. Why the shock and awe today?

You're absolutely right.
richt is a washed up underachiever who is semi-retired. this guy is not a true cane, he came here because they plucked him from the uga trash heap and offered him 4 million plus his wife and son on the payroll along with coaching in paradise. this dude never came here to rebuild his old program.

Without Riley, guess what, OU was still good on offense. They have been good offensively for a long time. Obviously wanted out of Georgia, so OU would be near the top of any offensive recruits list. It's a no brainer no matter their coach versus our **** show offense. Gotta be the bags though, right?

I’m sorry but I’m a UM alum and a fan for 30 plus years Oklahoma vs UM in recruiting, that’s like UM vs UCF 20 year ago. No contest!!! Especially after we laid the biggest egg in college football this year! What parent would trust their kid to play for richt, especially an offensive player. #dintneedexposiveplays#notmakingnochanges#itstheplayersfault

If we tried to drop 20% of what Alabaga or Clem$on drops, the NCAA would put us in Gitmo. This is why CFB has become not such a joy for me now. Certain select programs approved by the NCAA and no doubt the deep pockets tv networks that pay for the conference rights can cheat as rampantly as they want while others are held to a different standard. And before anyone tells me this is nothing new, I absolutely believe the cheating and bagging in the era of $EC-E$PN CFB is at a level never seen before.

Tell em bruh.

The guy they FIRED and replaced with Lincoln Riley was Josh Heupel. Tell me what he's been up to lately? lol

This is a program that plucked Mike Leach from Valdosta State and started an offensive trend that's over taken CFB.

Meanwhile, our guy is talking about 30 year old plays and about how he should've put in an extra TE or FB earlier to chip block Brian Burns (bc you know, who knew Brian Burns was that good).

With Riley almost certainly heading to the NFL, if it wasn’t about bags then Haselwood would wait till February to sign. If it’s what you naive fcks think it is—Riley invented football and every offensive player must play for him—then he should wait two months to see if Riley is still there.

He can go ahead and do his little announcement on TV but don’t sign. Odds are strong Riley bolts, and that’ll happen as soon as the NFL season ends in a couple weeks. This is what should tell you it’s the bags and not Riley.

Why not just wait to sign? Because the bag is the bag, and they won’t take it back after Riley leaves.

Horse****.

If the Cowboys job opens it’s Riley’s. Remember the last time Jerry Jones plucked the young successful coach from a top college program?

I can see the picture you're painting pretty clearly now, yeah. Fits the mold too.

And Jerry isn't gonna give a crap about firing Garrett even if he wins the (dumpster fire) division if they don't win a playoff game. I'm convinced.

I don't think you're wrong, just hoping it would be different this time.

We need to start dropping bags for kids like this and Neal.

We won’t drop bags. Not because we’re on some moral high ground, but because we’re cheap.

Our total payroll for football coaches (sum of all their salaries) is lower than the total payroll for the Burger King on South Beach, if you take away Mark Richt’s personal salary.

We pay our assistants less than Duke does.

Let that sink in.

You guys pour your hearts in to this program. Our admin doesn’t.
