Regular season success is just a part of equation. Moral victories are for minor league coaches.

Successful Mid major coaches get hired every year. Not many last for a dozen plus years.

Good enough for Xavier, but not good enough for Miami. I hope Lucas is successful, but if he isn't, it should be justification to clean house in the athletic department. I hope the powers that be told Rad "You hire this guy, you're done if he fails". I doubt it though, I doubt anyone at this University cares that much.
