- Al said "I've been better".

- VT has one of the best defenses we've seen all year

- Everybody got beat on Sat. Coaches, players.....didn't play well enough.

- Needed to convert better early in the game.

- We need to focus on how are we going to improve today

- Forced FSU to 4 3rd and longs. Need to get off the field.

- It basically got away from us, post 1st interception.

- Kids wanted to win so bad that they were trying to do to much

- Duke is a beast, will be missed

- Need to throw the ball better

- Clements and Edwards need to step up

- 4th and 2 formation broke down on the backside. Formation had been great throughout the game.

- A lot of little things are breaking down. Needed to hug the RB on man-to-man on FSU long screen play. Ball should have been thrown in the dirt.

- We need to move forward. They beat us in all three phases.

- We did a lot of good things

- OL did an pretty good job

- Too many drops

- Hurns played great

- We have "too much to fix"

- We're not "that" team yet. We have to be a work ethic team.

- We know what VT QB brings to the table....gotta be ready.

I know we keep saying this...but this is a defining game for the team and staff

odds and history says we lay an egg..get beat and go 2-2 in the last 4....we all know the history

Last week WE ALL knew was tough and we lost....bad in all areas...offense, defense and special teams..

Talent wise i agree coaching wise Beamer and Foster are great coaches.. Foster would make Miami a top 10 defense and we would lose by 10 at most to FSU..

This game will tell me all i need to know about Golden.. This is the same kind of game we would lose with Randy after a big loss.. This team has a 2 game coastal lead and can play in a BCS bowl game if we win out... VT and Duke will be tough games that we should win even without Duke. VT is stumbling into our game and fans there want Beamer to retire... Thomas has looked horrible the last 2-3 weeks worse than Morris.. Win the next two games and the coastal is locked up and we play for the ACC title.. Win the coastal was everyone goal before the season. This is our best chance too this season. Once again we have a 2 game lead in the coastal don't blow it Golden.

Yes this year they would but in recent years no and VT has there number.. I'm saying if Foster was coaching our defense with our talent we would have a great shot at beating FSU and would field a top 10 defense with him..

I don't understand him. At time he has no grasp of the game.

Remember the play where he scrambled against FSU for 8 yards. Instead of diving or at the very least holding and extending the ball close to the first down marker, he runs out of bounds at the sharpest angle short of the first down. Instead of making the play for a first down (having field awareness) he runs out and gets hurt.

8 sacks in 8 games.
