Go to Wake game

I lived in Miami until I was 26, I know how things operate down there. Not trying to be a jerk, but most people I know in their 30s/40s in south florida are not out bar hopping / clubbing until the wee hours of the morning on a consistent basis. I could understand a random Friday night, but if you care about supporting our Canes (which I'm assuming all of us on this site do), most people will plan accordingly knowing there's a noon game the next day. We only have 6-7 of those the entire year...not a lot to ask for lol.
The venn diagram of “people who don’t” do anything before 2” and “people who go to UM games” is very close to being one circle. Notice the Dolphins will have a full crowd for a 1pm kickoff though. Those folks are the ones going to bed at nine on a Saturday night.

I hear you.....I guess I'm referring more to this upcoming game where several people are throwing out the idea of not going just because it's a "noon" game. To me, the fact that it's senior day, last chance to support a kid like Restrepo, see Cam Ward live one last time, etc is MUCH more important than being able to drink for 5 hours on a Saturday morning. Heck, if tailgating is that important to some folks, you don't have to get there exactly at 7am. You can arrive at the parking lot at 9am and still get a solid 2.5 hours of drinking and shooting the sht with your friends.

I can't speak to that.

But I am waking up very early. I am flying. I highly doubt I will be tailgating.

And I will be there.

To each their own I guess. I'm a HUGE college football junkie and want to watch as many games as possible. But being in person to support the Canes (especially for this last home game considering everything at stake) completely trumps the desire to watch Ohio State vs Indiana on TV.
Yeah, I'll have to resist the urge to buy a ticket because it's a meaningful game and we're exciting to watch. The Senior Day aspect doesn't quite do it for me anymore. I don't care that it's Simeon Barrow's final home game lol.
