Nope we broke this down several times last cycles , majority of our guys dropped each update if a guy or 2 got a bump.

If Brooks is in fact 100% then it's a no brainer that he gets that 4th star but he needs to show it on the field first.

As far as the rest are concerned, I think Cam Williams is a good bet with Crowley also being in the mix. The rest I don't know enough about to make a call either way.

Sure a few did, but the majority got dropped. If you don't think rankings aren't slanted towards the schools with the largest fanbases, I'm not sure what to tell you. Our guys the got bumps had to absolutely ball out. Meanwhile Ohio St can take some unknown 3* and he'll be in the top 250 2 weeks later.

I agree rankings, in general, matter and correlate well. But they're not perfect. How a freak like Greg Rousseau, for example, could be a 3* despite having a huge Senior year is just a joke.

I am not making excuses. I am saying it doesn't its not impressive. They beat absolutely no one and they lost to the one good team they played. I don't think Miami was great last year especially once we lost all of our good players. Wisconsin was very overrated. They thought they belonged in the playoffs. After we lost to Pitt and got blown out by Clemson no one with a brain thought we could hang in the playoffs.
