Nix being in this class was always a great take for the staff. He seems to have a higher iq and development than what we usually bring in at lb. he'll be hard to keep off the field.

We'll put him in the lab for a year and see what Feld & Co can get out of him physically. By year 2 in spring we will know the deal for sure. But we definitely need a high football IQ type kid too at LB.

Yea this goes for every recruit thats why alot of big names flame out and sometimes we are big time surprised. Its a roll of the dice, look at Cormani mostly everyone thought he was lock down. And hes ***, part of it is attitude but he doesnt even look it on tape either

He played picket type talent . Lakeland been recruiting since castle . I bet he wasnt playing for Lakeland the entire time . They probably recruited him . I never seen a highschool get away with so much bs yet they went after Armwood for it back in the day

That’s why we have to group in a lot of talent so the busts (pause) just transfer out no matter how big of a name or ranking they were. Cause there will be misses and if you only get two can’t miss guys for DB and they are both whiffs your in the same spot next year.
