Hopefully Mario makes the right hire this time and finds the right person . He's probably going to have to make some concessions/give up some control (in my opinion) to get the right fit that he wouldn't want to normally give up. But this last season was such a disaster beyond anybody's even most pessimistic expectations that hopefully it's a wake up call/jolt to his mindset to make some drastic changes. Not just on staff, but even to his own approach, thought, and decision making process.
