Tears Gator Tears

We need a decommit to get the avalanche started.

^^^This This This. All they're holding onto is their recruiting class ranking. A decommit is what this thread needs. And if Corral were to bail, the Tears would be unstoppable.

I'll never root for UF.

But if they were somehow to beat UGA on a fluke and it saved Mac's job for the next three years, I wouldn't lose any sleep.

I would not shed any tears if the Gaytors served as the grenade that blows up on UGa, and allows us to move up another spot in the rankings.

No reason to root for UF. UGA's schedule will take care of itself. Either they'll lose in the SECCG to Alabama and be eliminated from the CFP, or they'll beat Alabama and Alabama will be eliminated. As far as we are concerned, it's highly unlikely we make the CFP unless we go undefeated. Maybe, if we lose a close one to VT but win the rest and win the ACCCG (would require another conference loss for VT) then, we might have a chance if we get help from other teams, but with only 12 games that will be difficult.

Long story short, just root for UGA to destroy UF!

Yea because that way you’ll get your new coach quicker.

Are you still hoping for Frost?

LOL...you are too funny.

Frost is going to Nebraska. He’ll just flirt with others to get maximum money from Nebraska.

Using our experience with Golden, UF wont fire Sharqfooker without a watershed event similar to our Clemson loss.

Just more woe is me bull****, he's so fake.

"The reason I can't recruit is because I don't negative recruit like other teams!" And I know for a fact he negative recruited to get Franks, as one of the posters mentioned there. He told Franks LSU had a poor record for developing QB's and that Miles would be fired. Oh the irony.

This **** is the ultimate beta move for a coach. We had two regimes of this BS and the dumb fans eat it up, somehow believing their program has this higher moral standing where they are the only ones that don’t use negative recruiting. If you don’t negative recruit then you are either retarded or don’t have to, plain and simple.

I honestly think we need to worry about Mac quitting moreso than UF firing him. He sounds and looks like **** right now. With his 'family time' pool side picture tweet, the suicidal-sounding post game press conferences, and now the unfounded death threats allegations, it's a perfect storm for him to drum up enough sympathy from the media to help him justify a resignation.

And the pity angle will play well with all of the suspensions and injuries he'll claim he had to struggle with. All of this would overshadow his gross failings and incompetence as a head coach.

He may throw in the towel realizing that he has reached his pinnacle at UF. His two SEC East championships are the best he'll be able to do, and he knows it. Only way to go is down from here...

Don’t think there’s anyway in this life that he walks away from 15-20 million. Now he might try to get himself fired like by lying about death threats but he ain’t walking from that kind of chedda...

Rationalizing with your points, if McElwain were to resign by his own doing citing the fanbase as the primary reason. One would have to think that viable candidates for the job would think twice about coaching there given unrealistic expectations. McElwain did get them to two straight SEC title games; even though their division (outside of UGA) has been crap.

I wouldnt mind a banner at their homecoming in '18 in orange and green lettering that said, "See U next year!"

As for McElwain, "12M Sharkburger 4 Sale" would be quite fine.
