Tears Gator Tears

I used to text Josh from time to time. We met through Eli Drinkwitz when I was in the college game and he was just really getting started on a bigger platform. He talked about one of my rants on the show last year after the GT game when I texted him and basically said Mario has to be fired after that.

He changed this off-season. No longer responds or reaches out. The SEC takes are getting brutal but I've seen it trending to this. It's funny because he used to be almost the opposite before he got to where he's at and has a bigger platform basically driven by SEC fans. Ironically, he's more SEC balls in the mouth now, with far more parity across the country, than he was when it was truly justified and you couldn't find a team outside of the SEC, and maybe Clemson and Ohio State, that had any chance at a title.

Now that Alabama lost to Vanderbilt for the first time ever, Georgia struggles with 3 of the worst teams in the SEC, Ole Miss loses to Kentucky, Tennessee isn't good, LSU isn't good, Florida isn't good, and he even says Texas should be out of the playoff with a 2nd loss and isn't actually tested (but the win over Texas is somehow his basis for Georgia being good) and NOW he gets to this opinion.

Blinded by parity and taking it like its cannibalism of the best of the best and contradicting himself every time he opens his mouth.

Don't even get me started on the South Carolina takes. I'm really pulling for Clemson to boat race them to see the spin job. That is nothing more than Beamer forking out info for public clout.
That’s Cool! I really liked watching him before and he gave Miami alot of love in the preseason. Honestly thought he gave us a fair shake without sunshine pumping.

Honestly I forgot about his recent Florida takes he even mentioned something about playoffs or the classic excuse “well if the ball bounced this way, they would have a few more wins”.

It’s the equivalent to watching hurricane trackage on the local news and freaking out with how some people are reacting to Florida’s “momentum”.

The change is very palpable the last 3 weeks. Coincidentally a lot of controversy with current cfp rankings.

Also as I was saying about him sucking off South Carolina …

Didn’t Texas just beat this same teams ***? I think Ole Miss has a better offense and defense than Texas. I don’t think it’ll be even slightly close.

Texas has a higher offensive ceiling than ole ****. They strangely disappear in games like arky and Georgia

I thought the current roster limit was 85 scholarship players.
It is Napier is likely counting walk-ons who are never likely to get in a close game anyways. It isn't hard really those walk-ons just stop being part of the team or you give some of them one of the 20 extra scholarships. Pretty sure few if any teams are actually going to add 20 extra P4 quality players. So if a walk-on is that important to your team give him a scholarship.

Many schools, including Miami use preferred walk-on for long snapper, holder, and scout team players. Now many of them will get free school. Given tuition levels, that helps us. But, the days of Rudy are over. I expect schools to sign more high-ceiling project guys hoping that some hits and become helpful. I also expect to see more package deals where the real player's cousin, best-friend, test-taker, or the like, gets signed too.

One of my partner's sons is a highly-rated long snapper (who knew that was a real thing), who was being offered prefered walk-on slots at major schools. Now he is getting full ride offers to those same schools. That has put Miami back in play because that is a $75,000 a year difference. I am told that right now he is leaning toward Clemson but he really likes Mario.

Yup. Just because a bunch of overrated teams from preseason beat each other up in mediocrity doesn’t make them all good wins. I hate preseason rankings. The SEC isn’t great this year.

She better have that gawk gawk 3000. Ain't nobody walking into Thanksgiving with that. You know how ugly you have to be even makeup can't fix it. What the mom look like sheesh? Chyna from WWF?!
I don’t know what gawk gawk 3000 is but I’m sure she hawk tuah 2024 on that stuffing

Yeah I was a kicker who went to big camps and stuff. Definitely had long snappers there too.
