I think bayou billy only recruits oline based on measurements, their oline has size (pause) so we'llsee if it pays off....one thing is forsure, they could shut down a chinese buffett
Stop posting good news for the gator. Lol
Sounds like a Gator name.Gaytor Oral Kontractz...
Yeah I agree. At a minimum he’s a locker room problem now as he doesn’t but into Billy’s program.I would rethink the concept of “good news“, this guy is a malcontent, he probably won’t even play either way, or will miss a bunch of games, anyway, and considering what they’ve lost, and what they replaced with on the line, it’s going to be a bloodbath.

Him staying has lead to plenty of Gator tears though .Stop posting good news for the gator. Lol
Lol. Everyone has a breaking point. This guy leaving was putting him in a spot. If Lagway then decommitted, it would have taken everything out of him. I don’t see any wavering from Lagway right now. Seems pretty committed but we’ll see what happens when their OL gets Mertz creamed, especially if they don’t recruit the OL position well for 2023.Him staying has lead to plenty of Gator tears though .
They came to an agreement. He has to attend meetings but they'll supply ash trays so he can smoke.So…. did LDB tell him it was cool not to attend meetings???
My concern is the bottom falls out & Billy is canned before we can give him the business game 1 in 2024FYI the "George" kid they are worried about because he wasn't at practice is Damieon George Jr., a big OL who just transferred in from Alabama. He actually sucked at Bama anyway, failed a three start audition two years ago, and was buried on the bench.
I screenshoted their OL portal activity this year below. They lost both Ethan White and Michael Tarquin to USC, Josh Braun to Arkansas, Mugharbil to Colorado, and McDowell (TBD destination) left as well. That's 5 they lost to the portal, including three projected starters, IMO. That's debilitating.
They added Kiyaunta Goodwin. They also added Micah Mazzccua from Baylor who they were raving and crowing about, but he just ghosted them and went back into the portal! And they added George who we mentioned, who is hopefully in play.
So they lost 5, and as of now added 2, maybe down to 1.
Not to mention they also lost their best 2022 OL, O'Cyrus Torrance who will be a high draft pick next month, as well as Richard Gouraige an OG that will likely be a day 3 pick as well.
So that's at least 7 OL they've lost from last year, while adding, what we will call two for now. They also have a few true freshmen coming in of course, but no one that will be ready. Remember we beat them for Mauigoa, Pancake Honcho, and flipped Kinsler, the Ocala kid from them too.

Holy ****Billy Napier Annual compensation:
• 2022 Contract Year (Execution date - Jan. 31, 2023) total annualized compensation of $7,100,000.
• 2023 Contract Year - $7,200,000 (Feb. 1, 2023 — Jan. 31, 2024)
• 2024 Contract Year - $7,300,000 (Feb. 1, 2024 — Jan. 31, 2025)
• 2025 Contract Year - $7,400,000 (Feb. 1, 2025 — Jan. 31, 2026)
• 2026 Contract Year - $7,500,000 (Feb. 1, 2026 — Jan. 31, 2027)
• 2027 Contract Year - $7,600,000 (Feb. 1, 2027 — Jan. 31, 2028)
• 2028 Contract Year - $7,700,000 (Feb. 1, 2028 — Jan. 31, 2029)
Total base compensation: $51,800,000
Buyout
If Napier is terminated without cause, the UAA will be responsible for 85 percent of the total remaining annual compensation through the otherwise unexpired term, without any mitigation obligations incurred by Napier or offset rights attributed to UAA.
The payments would be made as follows: 50 percent paid within 30 days of termination, the remainder paid in equal installments (12.5%) over four years, with the first installment paid on the first July 15th following such termination and each July 15 thereafter until paid in full.
So it would cost them $31,875,000 to buy him out after 2023, before we play them in 2024.
When you say, this guy is a smoker, are people saying he’s a cigarette smoker?
