Tears Gator Tears

I was transactional as well.

So what do you think the deal is with Rashada? I think it’s pure dollar amount - or close to it - that’s driving this recruitment. Tennessee jacked up the QB market.
I think he really likes UF, and you guys can't handle that being possible--But also, like, you know, money, too.

Don't make vague and ambiguous posts then. Or don't get mad when you do, and I do that. Or do both, because I laugh either way.
Fair enough. I was just expecting a little more, shall we say, breadth and depth, from someone who clearly thinks so highly of himself.

At this point, you're just a run of the mill troll. One that was invited here, sure, but still a dumbdumb troll, nonetheless.

I think he’s critical for UF and can make a huge difference in getting elite offensive talent to follow. I’m not saying this as a backhanded slap. We’ve got García on deck. Not proven but looks the part at this point. Jacurri has been better than we expected though still inconsistent with accuracy.

If AR15 turns pro, you don’t have that guy right now. Plus to me, I don’t have a lot of confidence in KC and Juluke but this kid fixes that. Que’s statement about two high level in-state WR’s visiting if Rashada commits is not the least bit surprising.

Yeah I don’t want him anywhere near you on signing day. I talked about too many disadvantages but were this a kid from Mississippi or the deep SE, I’d say the same things about us not you. The main disadvantage that I’ve referenced is really distance/accessibility and culture in this case. Northern Cali kid not far from SF. It was a rough flight to get there and it’s very different culturally than what he’s used to. On top of it, I don’t see Napier’s track record with developing QB’s as being notably strong.

But I also thought Oregon would be it and maybe he likes Napier and the money’s right too??? We’ll see on the 18th.

Fascinating stuff. I'm engaging an entire board by myself for my own entertainment. Based on how you each individually react to me is how I've decided to operate in response--Like Captain Butthurt, for example.

Solid post, and I agree with it. Our fan bases both make excuses for why kids pick/won't pick us. Miami isn't dirt poor like FSU and has the swag and culture that kids like. It also doesn't have to go far at all to find talent from local kids who like staying in the area. Both programs have things to offer besides just money. We'll see on the 18th. Watch it be LSU, and we both lose lol.

Mea culpa, Don RVA. No offense was meant. May your your first child be a masculine child.
Lol. I was bored practicing. I only wanted to do it for a couple years for the background to begin with. My background is zoning and development.

Rashada is playing the NIL game. He's using Florida, ATM, and LSU to drive up the price. This is why I believe Miami isn't in the picture with an OV. Not because we can't pay. It's because Miami and Ruiz ain't playing that game and I'm good with it.

Gaytors are going to get outbid by ATM or LSU unless they break the bank. He may have to sit behind Anthony Richardson. Although Gaytor nation and the football evaluators think Richardson is going to be a top 10 pick as a Rsh Sophomore with his 6 TD and 5 INTs in 2021. He could be a 1st round pick based on physical traits, but he's not a 1st round QB performance wise.

LSU and aTm have more money in the couch cushions of the student lounge than UiF has in its collective…if either wants him either will get him…

If he doesn’t OV here or show up somehow on the 17th, we’re out as I see it. After that B. Kelly bump and grind video last cycle - it just goes to show how far money will go and change things at this point.

I love these takes. Because if UF gets Rashada, obviously, 3 of his finalists, 2 who would have hosted him on OVs, didn't want him.

I don't know how anyone watches that Brian Kelly video and thinks, "Dang, I want to play for this man." But then again, I also thought that about the last 3 UF coaches, while they were still coaching, so...

We have enough insiders here who have insinuated long ago that UiF is a real & legit threat as well as other programs prior to UiF jumping in the fray. We are not the 247 board who just eats and breathes what Lake and Gaby spit out. But you wouldn’t dare give us that credit. It’s not the funny narrative.

We are informed on what the situation is on Rashada & others. May the biggest bag win!

I was just needling our cold blooded friend. I don’t want to sleep with the fishes.

Haha. I got bored doing transactional work. Different strokes…

Your 247 board is where the majority of my opinions of your fan base have been forged and molded over the past decade. I usually only lurked here in the past to read game or recruitment threads when you'd lose to us in either because I'm a sucker for Schadenfreude.
