The main reason Herbert was a first round pick is because of Mario.

The ducks were coming off 4 win and 7 wins seasons.

Mario took over they won 9 games and Herbert shot up draft boards and was believed to be the #1 QB prospect in the draft.

Then he came back to school. Tua was always higher rated draft prospect. And Joe Burrow because Joe Burrow.

Met Keary a couple of times; he played WR w/ my boy Chris McFoy. He’s a good recruiter; he just landed SC a 5 star WR from Los Alamitos for the class of ‘23.

I have his coach on speed dial. Saw his team play against my alma mater in the playoffs and either he was hurt and didn’t play or I just didn’t notice him. Has a Top150 CB teammate as well in his class.

Ryan Wingo is another one to look at at WR. A ‘24 recruit out of St.Louis University High School. A kid with track speed just like his brother who played at Arkansas. He is coached by Super Bowl winning Rams Linebacker Mike Jones.
