Miami had nearly a dozen transfers, and the Gaytors lost a half-dozen signees, but somehow they will still claim that their recruiting class ranks higher than ours.

I’ve actually seen what they argue as Lake or Ivins had an article a while ago where they were trying to recalculate our class. The gaytes were complaining that we were using Phillips and Tate’s high school rankings numbers and not where they would rank a year out.

Henderson and Dionte Marks still are on the "signed LOI" list on 247 at a week into Summer B. Very possible they lose 6 kids from that recruiting class

Actually he was dropped from IMG after he failed every single class his junior year at IMG. It was known he had no chance to qualify since last August and every school but Florida stopped recruiting him.

Their writers dont seem to buy it, so probably just another absurd fan theory. I mean UF doesnt need to take anyone to recruit Lakeland.

The truth is it's just poor evaluation and/or actually caring about recruiting rankings, especially when you have 6-7 kids not qualifying.

Hammond, Henderson, and Black in particular were 3 guys everyone else backed away from because of academics, even schools like Miss St.

This program has been frozen in misery for the better part of a decade...they lost 5 times in a row to FSU, and one of the games they scored 2 **** points. They’ve had two different FOUR win seasons in very recent memory. Last year, they caught a glimmer of hope, and they’re fully emotionally invested again. They have their heart in this ****.
