I believe we going in the portal for LBs

I’m cool on not reaching crazy if we grabbing beasts out the portal. I also believe we only going to have 2 LBs on the field at a time so I’m not really concerned

Gaby mentions and he's probably right...That a couple of the DE may end up inside

I agree I'd like to see 1 true bit run stuffing DT in there. (Walker, Hall, Mitchell)

But I think it's a safe bet to say one of Arch, Wayne, Bain would end up inside at UM.

Yeah man! They can portal another backer, or a DT. That class is sick! The edge itself is sick! And Riley Williams is a flat stud matchup nightmare problem for teams. Even if we don’t have that big 6-3 wideout, the tight ends in particular Williams would be dangerous. That O line class though? That’s a playoff O line class

Agree and to have that type of formation consistently you have to have a dominant D line and guys in the secondary who can fly up and tackle. The game is more wide open now so I get it. But you better have backers like Wesley B, and a D line that can atop

landing TWO 5* OTs by itself makes the class a win. Ya'll realize how long we've wanted to get a franchise OT in a class, and now we'd possibly get two. That OL class and the DEs are just silly!!

Add Clark, the LB from Killian to Washington and Malik and I'd legit take this class right now and call it a day!

DT we can add ready made guys through the portal

No way Johnson is the only RB and no way Bain is the only DT. In a few months there will be a bunch of new names no one knows right now.

There are some that are currently trending other ways, but I feel this staff will put full court press and if we have a good year may be able to pull.

So many difference makers at every level. Also lots of explosive athletes for special teams. The trenches will be fortified the next few years….hoping we can pull some big fish this year and look towards 2024/5 to really be in the hunt.

It’s unlikely we’ll reach this level, but I’m aiming high! This is the type of class we’re going to have to start bringing in to compete at the championship level year in and year out.

If we get that class, even come close which we might do, we start the 2024 season in the top 5 for sure and be talked about as playoff and NT contenders. We are gonna rock 2024 class with the time we have to work on it. Especially if we can keep that staff intact

And we will still target studs in portal. Just like HS kids want in, so will portal guys. I could see us taking less portal guys next year but those we take will be studs.
