They scored 45 points. I wasnt counting the two TD you mentioned. The last TD still counts. We needed to stop them and we didn’t. So then we had to catch an onside kick to seal the game. So that wasn’t a garbage time TD. So yes they scored a legit 31.

I’m going to be contrarian and predict the DBs have a good game vs GT. I think ZP is addition by subtraction. Terrible cliche and runs counter to multiple examples of believing the guy on the bench is better than the guy on the field. But there it is. I think ZP at deep safety plus Meesh at nickel will produce better results. Plus I believe Guidry will have to get less exotic which is overall better for the current IQ of our backfield.
 
No chance GT is going to score more points than our offense. There defense gave up a season high to FSU w DJ under center. Our offense should go off.

This isn't apples to apples, as personnel is different, but it should at least be mentioned that Guidry had his best performance of his entire tenure here versus GT last season.

We completely dominated their offense that night. Everyone remembers the ending, and rightfully so, but if we just take a knee and end the game, I think the defensive numbers would have been among the best for any ACC game we've ever played. It was that good. They had something like 180 yards of total offense for the entire game before that last drive, that should have never taken place.

I don't know man.

I've been a Canes fan for a long time and have seen us lose games where we are favored by more than 10 points too many times.

I just always laugh at the macho posters calling people p.ussies when they're concerned about games only for us to go out and lose said games tons of times lol

I hope we blow Georgia Tech out but I expect a competitive game

I mean in week 9 we should all know by now anyone injured or questionable is going to come out and play us. Just like the cal and va tech running back. We are always going to have the kitchen sink thrown at us personnel and play calling wise.

Our defense is DISGRACEFUL. what happened
to #1 ? he is stiff slow….and last year he was much more explosive
