FSU's South Florida recruits

b b b b but I thought James Coley was going to lock down South Florida?

Fisher is going to kill himself on Warchant TV after Collins, Coley, Bryant, Thomas, Kirkland, and whoever else signs with UM on signing day and he's stuck with John Franklin.

If ya'll want a good laugh, go to rivals, click on the main board, and open the florida recruiting thread. FSU, Florida, and ND all think they're getting whoever they want from SFL. It's hilarious.

Yea seen him a couple times, both games southridge offense seemed to lack flow but he is a good player, a notch below the more known guys but he should get some bcs offers if he gets his name out there. Yearby does play with a TON of talent, do you think they are comparable?

Haven't seen enough of Adjamah, to be honest.

My issue with Yearby is that, while he is a stud HS player, I don't see any area of his game that is guaranteed to translate to the next level. Not fast enough to run by guys, not strong enough to be a top-level inside runner. He is quick, but IMO he's not quick enough to make up for the other stuff.

Considering his competition with Freeman, Green, Pender and Wilder,, I can see him getting buried at FSU and transferring to an FCS school.

Look..

Right Now Al Has got to battle - The Old regime's ways, NCAA bull****, Negative recruiting, Shannon's kid Bull **** and all the other BS that my man has endured and he STILL has gotten us in good position to land some So Fla. STUDS this year that EVERYONE including FSU covets.. And from the looks of it .. he WILL land the ones he targeted.

Next year, Hopefully when this NCAA **** is behind us AND when we win min 9 Games.. My god.. I can't wait to see this board when we are going to be on the level back to 2001 ...

Nobody - FSU included - will not get any recruits that WE WANT. If you get away - We let you..

I like the way we war recruiting, we need to beat fsu on the elite kids and prove we run south florida. Imagine when the ncaa shot is fully in the rearview, forget about it.
 
Jimbo's schtick is wearing thin. A little solid intel. Jimbo is starting to rub a growing number of influential boosters the wrong way. His relationship with Spetman is atrocious. I mean atrocious. He berates the guy all the time (one story I heard was simply beyond the pale, especially considering the fact that Spetman is technically his boss). His coaching staff cannot stand him. His wife is awfully entitled as well, and she is burning bridges. From several major insiders, they think there is no way he's at FSU more than two years. They think he will jump at the first SEC opportunity, and he was recently threatening to "look around" if his agreement is not reworked. He thinks he deserves Saban money. It's only a matter of time until this sentiment spreads to the high school coaches and Jimbo gets exposed. Be patient, dear sirs, Golden will soon be King.
 
I tried warning the FSU dummies about the shenanigans that Jimbob has been pulling.

Yet they actually think they have a legit shot at guys like Sony lolz

i have heard the same about the boosters. From what i have heard is that he always wants more, the boosters are paying for this indoor facility but they are wondering if it will translate to the field cause i know the boosters were not happy after the UF game.

Really? Not sure why any uf fan would think that. We've never had our way south of palm beach county..but then again rivals is full of teenagers and mouth breathers so maybe not so shocking

Yeah, I was surprised as well. Florida only had one or two guys claiming they'd get their targets from SFL though. The real entertainment comes from the ND fans.

Agreed with all of that, and can see him getting lost in the shuffle at FSU. Like you said he has been very productive at central and he has shown to make some great plays also but plays behind one of the top oline in dade also.
