FSU Slurping

Man can we beat a decent Wake Forrest Team first?

I mean FSU is on a role they have a kid at the QB spot that is on fire.
Yes they have a **** of a offense and a great defense...
its going to be a big game no matter what and will have NC implications

But lets beat WF...they have won two games in a row and feeling confident themselves

jonny, yes, b/c somehow if they fans don't focus on wake the team will clearly overlook them.

Happens every year...some team goes off and then the media comes in goes crazy on how they are the second coming. Most of those teams end up laying an egg....look FSU's a good team, solid all around, but let's not act like they didn't have two weeks to prepare for an overrated Clemson team.

I don't know what else people want FSU to do. Winston is amazing and they've been on fire since the BC game. We can beat them, but let's not act like the hype isn't warranted because it absolutely is this time around.

What else do people want them to do? How about shut the **** up? Again.

After all, it's not like they haven't been in this position before

I remember the dumb *** video when FSU was ranked #1 coming all ****y and Miami beat them 31-0. Great game and shut these losers up.

That's besides the point, OP is saying that he's tired as **** (as all true cane fans should be) of espn sucking fsu's ****, and he wants us to expose them so it can end

we going to beat FSU as they miss a last minute go-ahead field goal (sound familiar?)

then the media gonna hate and say FSU gave the game away and that kickers should be banned from football.

then we roll thru regular season, beat FSU one more time and then it's "what you know 'bout them hurricanes going to the rose bowl?"

We've got a scrappy team...I'd be pretty surprised if the game doesn't come down to the wire.

Morris is the wildcard, for both teams. That's a game where you know Jimbo is going to do everything he can to take away the run and force us to pass.

it is what it is. their body of work on the field is more impressive than ours. the way they have been winning, especially the last two both over ranked teams. we are well on our way but we aren't right with them at the top yet. another year of recruiting and the Don's guidance and we will might be able to claim we are fully back. we can still win if we play perfect and force them into some mistakes. if this were to happen i might change my mind.

I'm more worried about our offense vs. their defense. I foresee another interception marathon.

You can predict turnovers? You're even smarter than I thought you were.

Glad you're starting to get it son.

You've won me over, dad. How many picks will Morris toss?

If the line is FSU by 17, I'm emptying out my savings, taking out an equity loan on my house, and selling my body for money so that I can put it all on the line. That would be absurd in a rivalry game like this one. ****, I hope that's what they set it at.

Where Morris goes for the big plays, Winston seems content to take what the defense gives him. Morris' arm is better, but Winston seems patient and makes good decisions. I didn't see him pressured that much in the Clemson game, but when he was he handled it well, so the defense is going to have to step up. He'll nickel and dime the defense all the way down the field. He's not the type to wait for him to make a mistake, because he hasn't been making them. This is the game that will show some coaching and scheming by D'Onofrio and Golden. If they don't come up with something different, they'll be playing on Miami's side of the field all game long.

From an offensive standpoint, Morris needs to get his footwork straight and start making higher percentage throws. This is a huge stage for him to show what he can do at the next level.
