Not surprising.

They offered BTW's Michael Johnson to get Thomas and at one point offered Mackenro to get Mackensie Alexander (they pulled Mackenro's offer when Mackensie wouldn't commit). This is dirty, but yet I can't really blame em. Get the studs to sign on the dotted line and worry about the rest later.

Smart move by FSU. Kid might be able to play another position as well. It's not like they have talent concerns on paper. fSU can do this and be just fine.

Everyone bashed on me when I posted the Noles were very,very confident on Collins. I've followed recruiting long enough to know when a kid is gone. Collins is gone.

Do you realize how much this offer changes things? He may end up at FSU, but from what I've been told it wouldn't have happened without this offer. This is why recruiting is so dynamic, things change day-to-day. The Noles being confident had nothing to do with this offer and that confidence shouldn't have been warranted, but NOW they can show some confidence. Or should I say YOU can show some confidence.

Franklin says **** like fsu is his dream school and that he'd love to go to the same school as Collins makes this a very bad situation for us.I almost feel like even if we offered Franklin he'd still try to take Collins with him to fsu. **** man.

I've been a Cane fan since before you were born, so don't act like I am hoping Collins picks FSU. You follow recruiting long enough, you can see the signs when things start to go the other way. That is what the signs look like right now. Hope I am dead wrong because I think this kid is the best RB in the entire country for this year and we desperately need his talent on this team.

I enjoy the work you do on this site, don't take my opinion on Collins as an attack on you.
