yes a bit but they just barely missed on 2-3 sacks they could have had. game of inches (and tackling lol)Is our DL actually overrated? 0 sacks 0 tfls so far... they can't double everyone
In the BCS era nobody coached their way to a national championship . everyone needs loaded rostersKnow that saying "there but by the grace of god go I"? If Ward picks FSU over UM, they are likely 6-1 or 7-0, we are a 1-6 team. Cristobal is the OL guru, Ward sacked 3 times. After 3 years he’s somehow managed to make the defense worse than a DNofrio D. And don’t give me that “we just need more talent". Year 3 is supposed to be a breakout year for coaches who can recruit well. And with one of the biggest NIL budgets, this is inexcusable. He can’t coach, he needs a loaded roster. He failed on the defensive side. Again DBs aside, Kiki was a decent stop gap last year but it was obvious he should not have gone into this season as the starter.
There D definitely had a good first half. Especially their secondary.Their defense is playing really well , the offense is what it is .
10 yards is not an explosive play. I swear it's like some of you have never watched football we can run the ball all day but if you're not ripping off 20 plus yarders you're just gonna plod your way down field. From what I remember to end the half it was 1st and 5 in deep in their territory with more than a minute left and multiple timeouts. You can run the ball there.
What do you mean lack of explosives? We've had multiple 10+ yard runs
Yet.Joaquin said ‘dominate’, and we not doin’ it.
lmao dawg if you're at a teams 25 yard line where does a 10 yard run get you?10 yards is not an explosive play. I swear it's like some of you have never watched football we can run the ball all day but if you're not ripping off 20 plus yarders you're just gonna plod your way down field.
Martinez and Fletcher doing very well. Like to see what speedier/ quicker backs can do. Mix the power and speed running games. Why? Martinez and Fletcher are balling right now. Our weakness right now is the passing game
