This was done by two UM students - they won honorable mention in some sort of design contest. It will never happen, but it makes for great message board fodder. Could you imagine the amount of fapping if the school released this as a future plan?

tropical park is where it needs to be. Off-campus, but close by. Can handle some traffic being right off a couple of highways. Let the highschoolers play there on Thursdays and Fridays and use it as a shelter in emergency situations. Make it happen
