Interesting, @DMoney in today's podcast stated that Lowe was listed first not only because he was the highest priority but also because he was the most likely to flip. The implications about the sequencing of this list and Hanks are clear.

If you land two of the remaining five, you're at par. If you add more, you creeping up to an elite class.​
