Patterson played a lot of snaps yesterday. I don’t know the snap count, but he played a good bit in the second half. And he played well from my in person perspective. He wasn’t just going to come in and take all
Of Harris snaps this game. But next game, I bet it’s 50/50 and maybe Patterson gets more snaps.

He played 20 snaps. Harris played 55. Those numbers need to flip. Harris is awful.

Big problem with evals. Year 3 with NIL means team should overall have a decent roster. But if we had any in the country other than Ward, we are 4-3, maybe 3-4 as UF game is potentially different without Ward.

I have zero doubt that we would be 0-3 in ACC play without Ward. He covers up the dumb penalties, lack of discipline, and poor talent. If Ward had decided to go the NFL , and we had Poff or Williams at QB, we would objectively be one of the worst teams in the ACC. To be honest, I think we’d be almost as bad as FSU without Ward.

UM has had good recruiting classes , but not getting the results. I don’t think people can say “we need more talent” and not blame coaching when the coaches recruited that talent. Either they ARE talented players but not getting good coaching or they aren’t talented players and we had awful evals from the coaches. Has to be one of the other.

I can applaud Cristobal for what he’s doing this season but also scratch my head at the overall lack of talent in year 3.

I think the talent level is fine. Look at Virginia, I don't think their talent is all world, but they seemed very well coach, and don't really hurt themselves. Good Grief, all we are asking is line up right, do your job, and finish the play with a solid tackle. It's just amazing that we missed on 3 stars, they go somewhere else and become number 1 draft picks.

Play markeith and pattern. Doesn’t matter that Williams is small. Harris is big and he can’t tackle

Harris has no idea what he's seeing and how to take proper angles. A lot of the big plays, even just a average safety would make those tackles and it would just be a first down.

People pointed out Harris on the UF long run and because Guidry said it was the LB, everyone defended Harris. But how in the **** can a safety not read things correctly, take the proper angle and just keep plays to just a 10 yard gain? He's done the same **** on every big run we've had against us this season.
