:D I believe this could be the best team we have had in years, it all starts with Morris though. If he has a big year i think we have a big year. From 2013-2014 we should only get better each year.

It's amazing how few impact players we are losing. This team should run away with the Coastal.

We have to go to Chapel Hill, Blacksburg and Tallahassee. As good we should be, it will be very tough to run away with anything

If he gets healthy, I could see Malcolm Lewis taking a WR spot. I think if he were healthy this entire year, he would have been the second most consistent WR behind Davon. Obviously we've seen him in limited action, but he looks like the most explosive guy we've had in some time with the ball in his hands at WR. Really hope his recovery goes well...all signs seem to point that it is thus far.

Not sure about Scott starting. Same for the TE position. Otherwise, your prediction looks spot on based on what we know today.

If Robinson sticks around, I see him being a starter. Not sure they'd start Robinson with Pierre - probably Robinson with Porter.

Any chance of us going 3-4? Best suits McCord.

Yep. I don't think he'd be ready to be a starter next year. Still see him being a situational guy. It will be interesting what direction the coaches go with. Ideally, McCord will line up as a 3-4 LB and a guy like Grimble or Hamilton will be your DE.

I'd LOVE to see Grimble and Hamilton take it to the next level this coming off season. Need them to.

i'd like to see one beast JUCO DT in the mix...

If we do haul in a beast Juco DT I'd like to see him shirt and get the playbook down year 1. These young DT's on the roster should be ready to go next year. Hopefully Porter can stay healthy and bust out next year.

If Henderson leaves I see Flowers at LT and Bunche at RT. Scott is a ?, otherwise it looks about right. I think we will be pretty good next year.

I don't think Henderson will leave. I think he sticks around and puts in the work and blows up his Senior year. He got off to very rocky start this season and it's in his best interest to have a great season before going pro. I also think that Golden is the type of person who can keep his stars on campus.

If we can get some consistency from QB and Duke stays healthy I can see us having a 2003-esque season next year.

The defense is going to take a huge leap forward next year. Teams aren't going to be able to just march up and down the field on us. I agree, if Morris takes another step forward and Duke stays healthy this team is going to be nasty. I think the key to all of that though is Danny Dillard. He needs to become the workhorse this offseason. Duke can't carry the entire load all season long. You want that boy fresh to be the change of pace back.

Our "out-worked everyone in the offseason" Spring Game starters

I'll take a guess at the 2 deep off the top of my head.

DE: Chickillo, Hamilton
DT: Porter, Ivery
DT: Robinson, Pierre
DE: McCord, Green

A JUCO DL can factor into the 2 deep, as well as Freshman Keith Bryant. I think Grimble continues to bounce around. IMO, Green and McCord are interchangable based on the situation. Hoilett might also get in there.

OLB: Perryman, Cornelius/Armbrister
MLB: Paul, Kirby
OLB: Johnson, Gaines

This probably won't happen, but Paul is a tackling-machine. The 2nd team will probably be fluid, but much less so than this year barring injury. I just basically put the best 6 guys in terms of production this year. Jawand Blue or a freshman can also make some noise.

CB: Gunter, Crawford
S: Bush, Rodgers III
S: Jenkins, Highsmith
CB: Howard, Finnie

I think Bush is the only mainstay at Safety, there will probably be a lot of reps being split unless Jenkins has a good offseason - same with Howard. They have flashed, and no reason they can't make a jump next year. Hope will probably get some burn.

QB: Morris, Williams
RB: Johnson, Clements
WR: Dorsett, Waters
WR: Hurns, Scott
WR: Lewis, AJL
OL: Bunche, Feliciano, McDermott, Linder, Flowers and so on
TE: Walford, Cleveland

Nothing really needs to be said here. Tons of competition at WR next year. Offense could break out next year in a big way. Need a TE to step up.
