Nothing was limited but taking threes which would’ve been stupid with UT’s strategy. We were as efficient or more by taking them off the dribble ,scoring in the paint. This offense is much more than a three point team. UConn does have crazy size to meet our guards in the pain if they use the same strategy.

UConn is big and tough. But I said that about Houston and Texas. But UConn is straight men. If we can get past them then there is no excuse not to win it all.

I mean this really is the championship game, is it not? Winner will win the next game.

Them taking Pack out of our three game left dribble penetration as the way to win this game. The paint was ours for the having especially as Texas wore down. There was a reason for us taking 32 FT. Texas took away the 3 and Coach L made them pay. Pack did more dribble penetration than at any time all year.

Any we still almost scored 90. Bottom line this team is versatile. We do not have only one way to win a game.

When we were in the Big East UCONN was basically unbeatable. A great tradition and a great fan base. They haven’t been the storied program for a time now but they have come roaring back. This UCONN team is amazingly good.
To me this is perfect set up as pundits will all be interested and will respect what looks to be a great team. I think pundits have learned about this Miami team and now respect what we bring to the table as well.

Their three point defense was extremely impressive.. but if 88 points on 59% shooting is limiting us offensively then you have to feel pretty good about our team.

They did limit us. We scored 89 against Houston with the 3 ball open. Texas limited us by 1 point

Still having a hard time wrapping my head around a come back like that with virtually no three-pointers taken.

It was obviously their game plan from the start, suffocating the perimeter and making us earn it two points at a time.

What are performance by our guys. Took what they gave gave us, stayed aggressive, and made them pay by hitting all our free throws.

Global X all-coach A320 as I surmised recently from tail number. I don't get why they don't get an all business class layout since they only roll with 30-40ish people max. Nominal price difference I would think.

I mean… literally no. Houston’s net defensive efficiency metric is better.

But y’all are a great team like Houston and Texas and we probably have no shot so I hope we just get lucky.

Look at the losses UCONN has had. Marquette, and Xavier twice, Creighton, Providence. These were quality teams that all made the tournament. They also lost to Seton Hall and St. Johns who weren't very good.

UCONN has struggled against quality teams and Miami is the best team they will have faced all year. Cane's athletes will be too much for UCONN.

This team is just as good and turns out better than many of the teams that were supposed to be better. F UConn. Miami is on a mission and has the best coach left in the tourney.
