I believe that Mack and Pickett will move up a bunch. Lightfoot should move some but not sure about 5 star. Scott and Trader make small moves in either direction. Zay stays about the same and Hayes and Blount move down.

He will be one in the next year or two. Also he doesn't even need to be a coordinator. P5 position coaches get hired as G5 HCs all the time. Eventually we're going to have to make him a CO-DC or we will lose him.
