8 of our top 11 players are either DL/WR (Biggest positions of need on each side of the ball and we have 5 in the top 100 (4 in the top 50 and 3 in the top 30 ) !!! All 8 had an average ranking of 75th Nationally….

Robinson/Patterson/Hayes all take decent dips, Hayes the worst of all.

Surprised we didn’t try to get any Bluechip OL, Bell is a top JUCO guy though
2022 we had 6 top 150 players
Last year we had 7 top 150
This year we have 9, giving Mario 22 top 150 recruits

From 2014-2021 we only signed 23…

amazing class. We need DB help in a big way. Only 1 in the top 250. Hoping that’s the “it’s personal” group and based on the poll so does everyone else. Maybe with this DL it really won’t matter but we gotta compete there

Bair is going on a Mormon Mission. He'll commit to Oregon, but he's not going to enroll until Fall 2026. He shouldnt count as a 2024 recruit

Might be the best close to a class by um coach in forever

Mid season it felt like we were striking out every other day, mario and everybody deserve alot of props for this

Elite recruiting display by Cristobal. Just wait until he gets the ball rolling all the way. Said it before but now that nick saban has retired Mario Cristobal is the second best recruiter in the country behind only Kirby smart

I cannot understand the drop of Patterson.

I watched some film, and the dude is just a fantastic football player. I watched him at the AA playing nickel/safety and he was very solid. He wasn't flashy just made plays.

You watch his tape though, and he plays FS, he plays nickel, he plays in box like a LB. He makes plays all over against run and pass. He blitzes.

On special teams he blocked punts and FGs, and he makes some impressive tackles.

Who did Bama lose from the '24 class that had already signed/enrolled when Saban retired? I know they lost Sayin. Wasn't there another kid?

Does that hurt them enough to move us to #2?

Some of the best players from a traits stand point are 3 stars. Those eval pick ups will be the making of the class imo. Thats how u fill out the roster. I think we crank it up a notch in certain positions going forward.
