Sounds like Offense having a slow start....
Per Chris Stock, Dawson getting heated on a passing drill… not happy with QBs but receivers dropping passes too, in one rep with four players going out for passes from the four QBs at least two balls hit the ground
TBH, I dont I think stock knows football. It’s one drill to start practice. I don’t pay much mine to half the stuff these dudes say

That CANNOT HAPPEN. So many games lost over the years because of drops.

I dont blame them, I just check on yt real quick and across the country A TON of programs have open practices atleast for the media and give the media some access. Just checking with winning teams USC, LSU, Texas, Fsu, UGA, Ohio state, etc. all let their media watch practice. We dont even have rosters available publicly, I listened to brian kelly presser where he talked about giving more transparent access I think because of the gambling but said it makes no sense to be soo secretive anyways.
Maybe you're confused of what the term open practice means. You just mentions SC and fspoo & Ohio State under those terms and I believe youre staying open practice as in it means they allow media or anyone for that matter access all throughout the entire practice. #1 that's blatantly inaccurate. #1 basically every school will have a practice or two before the end of camp where they open up access to virtually anyone. That said practice will be basic as can be that's viewed by all and when they're ready to work on more detailed things they'll move it inside and "end practice for the day". #2 by you stating SC & Ohio State when you were saying that I know both staffs quite well. They're flat out not doing that... Everyone gives limited viewing so to act like Mario is punishing this stupid *** media is inaccurate. When he chooses to shut down ANY ACCESS which I'm pretty sure he will than you'll know he is punishing the media. You're upset because it takes away from the ammo you get to come after us but oh well. The team is the concern. Not fans, not media.

There's not a program that drops more balls than Miami's WR's. I really hope Mario and Beard start benching those who can't catch a simple pass. Accountability....
It’s a broken record on this board with this topic. For 5 straight years we have heard these reports at practice. For 5 years many on this board, including myself, have said that’s it’s a big deal there’s so many drops. Many on the board have also said “it’s just practice”… they’ve been wrong for years based on the results on the field.

It’s early in camp but if we’re hearing this next week sound the alarms

Which is why I don’t understand why people on CIS care about local media access.
Frankly, social media influencers have repeatedly shown the world that traditional forms of media are easy to bypass to reach audiences directly. If I was UM I would just have in house media pumping out all the content I wanted the public to consume.

It’s not as though many of us subscribe to local media for our news anyways. They are dinosairs and should be allowed to go extinct.
The issue with just having your own media is that you can control the narrative. For a football team going through practices, it's not a big deal but for more important topics, having some type of unbiased media is essential. (and yes, I know that unbiased media is rare today but there are outlets that actually report news instead of opinions still).

Its funny fans take these live reports serious when it’s literally just warm up drills lol, the positive and negative stuff should be taken lightly especially on the 4th day of fall camp
Ok but the same **** happens every fall camp and carries over to the regular season. It's been this way for at least 15 years.

I'd like to see some type of stat on this. I'd bet that there's 100 other school message boards with posters saying the exact same thing about their team. I'd like to see which team/players actually drop the most catchable passes during actual games.

Especially when we don’t know the context. Could be walk ons throwing or catching. It doesn’t say drops, could be bad passes. it’s also the morning after ann off day and first day in uppers. Coaches could be in the extra picky mode because of the above. So many things, a little bit absurd to start harping on years of history and drops based on the above “note”
