Two things can be true at the same time.

That wasn't a jab where you engaged your core brother. Put some power behind it at least. Lol. It's cool. I know you were a supporter of his if I remember correctly and that's all good. Personally I don't mind in the least people's takes on my personal thoughts on him(they're not accurate) I just know the reality of the day to day. He was a recruiter and not much more while he was with us & that's fine. Just give rumph a lil credit instead of of y'all all hating on someone who actually means something to the program. Other than redwine(who Banda had forced on him essentially and did a **** good job with HIM)basically all those players y'all speak on acknowledge it was rumph they leaned on. Do I not wanna see that man have success? That's stupidity. I'm glad he's making a career for himself. But I also know more than likely for him to even be getting looks at this point for that role means 2 things. #1 it's a Rooney rule exception & either there's a shortage of minority candidates they're able to interview OR (two things being possible)they're a horribly ran front office. They do recycle head corches, GMs and the rest....

Never understood the Banda hate on this board he was a good recruiter and coach,as well as the Mike rumph hate yeah he wasn’t probably the best recruiter but there’s no denying he was a great db coach got Michael Jackson drafted and corn elder and our db play on the field was solid while he was coaching

Bc the ******* edgy crew that love to keep it real and say "I'm sorry for wanting excellence" bull **** that's really just code for i need to change my tampon bc I'm too stupid to understand the nuances of football so when something goes bad, all the coaches are complete trash. Rather than just stick to being a fan, they like to bleed all over the internet and social media eating our own every chance they can. They need to hit the gym and try ***** for the first time in their life
