No I really don't. I've just never bull****ted y'all about nothing. I tell y'all reality 3/4 of y'all just don't want to hear it. I will give him credit for the fact he's gotten better. But he's still nowhere near the individual y'all seem to believe. How is that safety's unit looking last year for Cleveland? Was it a strength of theirs apparently. I don't really do the whole overly emotional ****.

Too bad he’s in Cleveland now where careers for players and coaches go to die. **** even Chud had some success there (relatively) and got canned. Butchs greatest accomplishment wasn’t at Miami it was getting Cleveland to the playoffs

But some of our fans won’t let it go so they’ll talk bad about him in Cleveland after a year or two but convince you Mario needs 5+ years to fix issues

Both my teams (Canes & Colts) are hiring DCs this offseason...Based on his reputation as a recruiter (aka the bartender) while at Miami, I didn't ever expect to him to be a candidate for NFL DC job....

The dude got a chance to breathe as a coach on his own without being handcuffed by Manny....Good for him in proving himself.... He's earned his shot....

Great example of why you have to take everything you read on this board with a grain of salt. I believe this is the guy we used to sarcastically reference as the bartender. As in he was not qualified for the job. Sounds like the joke is on us.

He didn’t look the part. Easy to dismiss. It’s also one of the unspoken reasons people hate Diaz so much, he doesn’t look and speak like a former player turned football coach. Banda was constantly mocked as a bartender pretending to be a football coach.

Cribby told y'all this dude was more impactful but a guy who somehow has so much free time to post on CIS all day hates him so there's that.

hes a better DB coach than what we've had since. our safety play regressed a lot once he left even tho some people wont admit it bc they hate the man.

The Mario knobslobbers will defend him until the day he gets fired then they will still probably defend him even when he’s at his next coaching gig
