Both my teams (Canes & Colts) are hiring DCs this offseason...Based on his reputation as a recruiter (aka the bartender) while at Miami, I didn't ever expect to him to be a candidate for NFL DC job....

Which is why you shouldn't take most of what you read here as gospel, especially the group-think evaluations of coaches and players.

.... Colts who for some reason didn't fire anyone meaningful (especially the GM) this off-season after **** season after **** season and the recent McAfee flaming they got lol, and the browns who are a dumpster fire lol (though I do like Stefanski)... If Raiders interview him next you can be sure it's not exactly a major positive sign of competence lol.

Make all the bartender jokes you want but this guy was great. Solid recruiter…helped put Redwine, Jaquan Johnson, Jamal Carter, and Rayshawn Jenkins in the league. Had passion and energy. What I would do to see some of that with these coaches Miami has now aside from Mirabel.
