Best combination of recruiting/coaching as a position coach we’ve had on defense in a while. Todd Hartley was the best on offense. Beard and Mirabal making their case on offense as well.

I’m also a fan of Matt Merritt. We have a very good offensive staff.

Colts who for some reason didn't fire anyone meaningful (especially the GM) this off-season after **** season after **** season and the recent McAfee flaming they got lol, and the browns who are a dumpster fire lol (though I do like Stefanski)... If Raiders interview him next you can be sure it's not exactly a major positive sign of competence lol.

Banda definitely would be an ideal hire. Aggressive and attacking style defense and you know the dbs would be coached up. But he’s moving up fast in the coaching ranks

Never understood the Banda hate on this board he was a good recruiter and coach,as well as the Mike rumph hate yeah he wasn’t probably the best recruiter but there’s no denying he was a great db coach got Michael Jackson drafted and corn elder and our db play on the field was solid while he was coaching

Make all the bartender jokes you want but this guy was great. Solid recruiter…helped put Redwine, Jaquan Johnson, Jamal Carter, and Rayshawn Jenkins in the league. Had passion and energy. What I would do to see some of that with these coaches Miami has now aside from Mirabel.
