We sounds worst than UFag fans having a meltdown. Only a hand full of people follow recruiting, so really there are no braging rights when it comes to this **** unless you're Alabaga.

It's not like we're going to be at the game taunting their fans in 2019 with "we had a higher recruiting class than you in 2017, 2018" if we're losing. Let's pound those faqqits like we did in 2013 and every other time we've played them with the exception of when we're on probation.

Which seems it's the only time those yellow belly lizards can beat us.

Let's worry about what we need going forward. Our biggest need is beating FSU and winning the costal.

Recruiting will take care of itself moving forward.

I hope this is a lesson not only to our coaches but to our writers and our fan base in general. We are going to close well, but not to the point where we should be talking all the **** we were. We were out here trolling people all over the interwebs. Maybe next time let's just chill the **** out until Richt and staff announce the class before we crow. I'm all for great information and I hope that will continue, but too many on here were too busy starting hashtags and trying to act like we did something before it was over. We just lost 2 of the prospects we were supposed to close with and didn't even get a visit from the best WR we were recruiting all year. The guys left are still good, but we just **** the bed after drawing a lot of eyes to us.

That's a straw man and it's rainbow and butterfly bull****. The expectation was to pull Anthony McFarland, who we really needed, Brian Edwards, a great DB prospect with length and then we got a **** pushed in on our top WR. Sorry, Broke. Our close is good, but the expectation was better than this.

CMR ain't now or never going to be dropping bags for any player and if he finds out a coach that is, he'll be gone faster than a speeding bullet. This is one thing I know for gospel.

Thomas is a game changer but adding just them will not put us in the top 10. All the top schools will close with better recruits as well. It happens every year, we're right there but as the other schools keep adding, we keep falling. The recruiting services don't do us any favors, either. Personally, I agree it would be top 10, just saying it won't show that.
 
We're not getting either of them.. I can already tell.. I've already accepted the fact.. a week ago we laughed at UF recruiting class.. now it won't be long until gator fans are posting links to our board (or 24/7) to drink some of our tears... They are about to snag CJ, Edwards, and a 4 Star DT that is CB'd to them.. they just finish getting a 4 star safety.. and a favorite for a 4 star WR.. while we are barely hanging on for dear life.. We only got Herbert because UF doesn't have a O-line coach.. wouldn't shock me if he still flipped.. The Gators will probably finish with a higher class then us after we were in good shape literally 5 days ago.. I feel used.. I feel like kids now a day are using Miami to get more offers because at the very least they'll get a Tennessee offer.. sht getting ridiculous... and the people who are talking down about the people are who are panicking or being "negative" clearly haven't followed Miami recruiting the last four years.. NSD is always dooms day for Miami.. and I got the same stomach feeling I get come signing day.. ***** it.. I'm gonna take the Al Golden years approach and just detach myself from any recruit that has not signed any permanent.

I love Richt but we should of gotten Butch because of our state RIGHT NOW we need an expert at finding under the radar guys because without a good bag man that all we can reply on..

Maybe the problem isn’t the kids in South Florida but the recruiting (in)ability of the staff?

Given his prior success at Georgia, recruiting has been disappointing under Richt. He hasn’t really brought in a great deal of blue chip talent that wasn’t already committed to UM prior to his arrival. In two classes I count: Johnson, Dallas, Garvin, Herbert, Bruce, Finley, and Bandy. Pretty underwhelming.

Wouldn't surprise me, on college football live they just said they are reported to possibly close with 8 to 9 more on signing day. Absolutely wanted Butch, he's a savage while Richt is a choir boy.
