Watching his highlights I see a smooth *** QB. Reminds me of Bridgewater.

Runs a lot stronger than Bridgewater did at the same age IMO. Seems like a kid who will be able to sling it 60+ by the time he gets here too.

But I do agree you see some Jacory/Teddy qualities when you watch him. And let's be honest as prospects that's a really good thing.

Everything else can fall into place with the 2014 class because we have our signal call. Getting a potentially great local QB can help with OL,WR, & RB recruits. This is a huge pick up. When Morris is gone Miami will have it's pick of pro-style(Olsen/Dewey) or Dual-threat(Edouard)

I agree. The tools are there. He seems to have a better arm than Jacory and is a better tucking and running.

From his tape there are a few passes he connected on that were 60 yards in the air, even with that funky motion of his.
It's a strange motion as he doesn't seem to stride into the throw. He's not on his back foot either, just kinda stands there with the ball at his ear and it looks like he just moves at the elbow and chucks it 60 yards.
I'm pretty sure half the qb's in the NFL can't throw the ball 60 yards.
Throw in his explosive running and you have the prototype of the new generation quarterback.

Watch the throw from 1:20. He puts that 50+ in the air.

Yeah I actually think you are right. Some of those passes had some serious air on them and the crazy part is they were pretty accurate. At quick glance they looked 50 yds but some were definitely farther than that.

Incredible.

Awesome. Smooth cat that can only get better. Nice to see also that kids' minds aren't on the NCAA BS anymore.

I actually went and counted the yards on 2 throws both completions. One was 58 yards and another went from the 20 to the 20, 60 yards. They are not punts either. Jacory used to throw up those 45 yard punts to Benjamin every game that TB had to stop and wait for, then try to outjump 2 people.

When Morris heads to the NFL next year we are going to see a real battle at QB. Remember that Dewey was coached by the Cane Killer Ty Detmer who said Dewey was a better high school qb than he ever was. You have Baby Jesus who we all have appointed as the next great one, and now Alin Edourd or should we call Jesus Noir? Lastly, we have my favorite of all our backups, David Thompson, who has it all as well.
I don't include Crow in this discussion as I think he's never going to see the field. Nothing against him but he's just not at the level of the others.

YES i've been wanting this for ages big get not just for the field but he will recruit like a crazy person for this 2014 class. BOOM! :neonu:
