Ed Orgeron

If UM hired Kehoe after he had a lawsuit against UM, I don't see any issues that would stop Golden from hiring Orgeron IF there was a position on the defensive side of the ball.

For argument sake, let's pretend Jethro died this morning in a hang gliding accident (what an idiot)... Even if Orgeron showed up (with AG's blessing) on Shalala's doorstep with 6 dozen roses begging for the opportunity to coach here again (pro bono), I feel quite certain she would slam the door in his face.. after sicking the guard dogs on him.

do you have to call the man an idiot for dying in a hypothetical situation

IIRC, Kehoe's lawsuit was related to back pay that he was owed that UM didnt think was part of his contract. As well, correct me if Im wrong but didnt Kehoe win that one and get paid for the balance of his contract when coker fired him?

Im not positive but this is my recollection of this issue.

Yes, he did. UM admitted their wrong to Art by correctly compensating him. He used the money to purchase 5 acres and a double-wide in Mississippi when he took the Ole Miss OL job with Orgeron.

So you're saying he only got a $3,712 settlement? :drevil:
