I love Kayaa (No Homo) and have bought into the hype during camp, but it thought Golden would still roll with Heaps to play it safe. I was wrong and am looking forward to what Kayaa can do with this team!

Present and accounted for.I'm right here
ready to eat a big huge serving of Crow. I didn't think Al had the balls. Well I was wrong my hat's off to you Al.

I bought into the hype after his hilight video from high school, kid was advanced as far as footwork pocket awareness and all that other good **** qbs do. Didn't think Al would start him but I'm pretty sure Coley pushed for him eight days ago, but it's up to Al so he believed in what Coley said. Thought AG was too stubborn but this gives me hope in one day him firing his best friend cuz this was shocking to me.

To those who thought Al Golden had tiny balls and will always defer to the seniors.

By starting Kaaya, he's padding his excuses for the ENTIRE coaching staff to hang around an additional year.

If we do badly this season, his true freshman QB is going to be the source of tons of excuses for any losses.

Here to eat the crow... I thought Golden was a straight corch.... Looks like I was wrong....This is move is so anti-Golden...I think he was reading these boards. He is at leatst a coarch and not a corch...Lets see if he can be a coach..9 wins equals coach..at least for this year

The thing is with people like this in the board they will never lose. For example those that say we will suck and be an average 6-6 7-5 team. If we end up being just that they will gloat about how they knew it and we fell for the salesman's pitch again, but he didn't. If we do end up winning the coastal and have a terrific season they will act like they knew it all along and never said anything bad, and everyone will be too happy to care or bring up the past to their face. With that said I think everyone knows that Kaaya was the more talented quaterback, would of been understandable if they went with Heaps since the competition was very close and he had more experience. But for the future of the program I think today everyone is happy and just hoping to get the Ws.

why do you have 01 for your name

are you gonna tell us johnnytsunami was already taken?

I literally had drinks with Johnny Tsunami last week. He says your handle sucks.

Want every ****** who gave me **** when I said Kaaya would be our QB and Heaps as an insurance plan to eat some fecal mattered crow.

Go Canes!

Yup. Next up: Al did this so he has an excuse when we don't win.

LMAO, really the sunshine pumpers **** and moan and start a thread like this. ****ing Pathetic. Golden went out found another QB to bring up the competition, push Kaaya and Olsen, and Kaaya flat out won the job. D$ called this a few week ago as well with his post on how well Kaaya was looking. **** you sorry sack of *** hats can't even enjoy this moment. Who are the mopes again...smh

Lulzzz. You had me at sunshine pumpers. This is nothing. Wait until Kaaya has a bad quarter (it could happen) and Heaps goes in and saves the day and gets the W. This board will mind bend the ensuing quarterback controversy threads into bolivia. Wait for it. This aint over.

/hopes that Kaaya is for real, the above never happens.

I just want at least 3:1 ratio on TDs to INTs. If Kaaya is that guy, then let's do it.

Please give me extra salt on mine. Never thought I would see this. Two things: Kaaya must be the real deal and Al knows he needs to deliver big and now. I am now prepared to believe we will also see a much more aggressive defense that plays on the other side of the line of scrimmage--might as well drink the rest of the Koolaide. I think Al is tired of getting his *** kicked.

Got to agree with you-- not typical Al move here. Let's hope it carries over to the other side of ball and he lets the big dogs hunt this year. Chad can put fear back in our game play if let free.

D$ gave everyone a heads up that the kid is the real deal. I for one am not going to 2nd guess about the QB selection. Frosh QB's make mistakes, we had a SR last year that made them on a regular basis. Can't be much worse.
