As soon as I saw Kiko out wide covering a WR, I knew that’s where Murphy was going with the ball. If your scheme calls for an ILB covering that, your scheme is flawed.

Either check out of it into something different, or you call a timeout and regroup. Just a horrible mismatch.

You can’t even blame Kiko for that. He shouldn’t be asked to do that.

If I’m coaching against our defense, I find as many opportunities to iso Kiko with the RB. And then take advantage of the Richard cushions and I have two open options I keep going back to all game long. And if those guys make catches, I can count on JH taking a bad angle.

It was a RB, but yes if your LB can't run with a RB you have to bench him on passing plays.
