Can the talent be better ofc, but coaching is def the main issue on both sides of the ball. In regards to defense, Guidry is getting outschemed, and from a teaching standpoint, the back 7 doesn’t even pass guys off. It’s obviously not being taught and that’s some of the most simplest shii that every DB and LB should do and know how to do. If they not evening teaching that simple Shii I can imagine all the other things they are neglecting.

This game WAY harder than it needs to be.

Offense
1. Commit to the run. We can slam the ball on them, especially when they commit to play man.
2. Can we use motion, like ever??? Real motion. Not a shuffle by a TE.
3. Cam is playing chess out there and we just need him to play checkers. Duke isn’t a team where you need to overthink things.

Defense
1. Who can we try in place of 25?
2. Do we have any personnel packages that Kiko isn’t in? Can we use those more?
3. Seems like we are too cute with our blitz packages. Too much talent there to not get consistent pressure.

Trying to be positive, we've been bad for many 2nd quarters and have been able to turn it up in the 2nd half
 
I’ve been saying it for a month. Our best defense is to keep our defense OFF the field. We have an Oline built for run blocking. Run the ball. Manny can’t stop it. Run the ball. Forget the heisman, forget the gaudy stats. Run the ball. Control the clock. Give #1 more time to practice his wrestling moves on the sideline. Run the ball.

Seriously though, that was the worst half of defense I’ve seen all season. Guidry needs to step it up next half or we’re not winning anything this year

Played right into Manny's hand. He wants 3rd and longs. His team cannot sustain body punches all game.

Mario not it? I 100% disagree. He's done what a head coach is supposed to do. He rebuilt the program bringing in blue chip talent and good coaches. He missed on DBs. That's on him, but he's still the guy.

He brought in the players and coaches. Guidry needs to get his guys playing at a decent level. They are playing below average. If ypu think Guidry isn't the guy, then you can blame Mario for hiring him.

It might be Low T but I have a much worse feeling about how this game is going to turn out than I did with previous games.

Why do we run man to man when we don't have the db's to do it continues to blow my mind. Also don't get why we continue to let 1 cover rbs or wr out of the slot

Its been this way with every Miami HC since 2004. Twenty years. Two Decades.

Team comes out flat at least half the games each season. Meaningful games.
