Bain definitely more ready to go than Kelly was as a true freshman. And Kelly was my favorite defensive player in the Class of 2022. Bain is just that complete as an athlete. He’s definitely my #1 candidate for Freshman of the Year on D this season along with Mauigoa on O.
Happy to hear about Horton. Not expecting much for this season. But we’re going to be ridiculously thin at DT in 2024. We need him and Moten to emerge as legit players with starter potential. Still are going to need transfers and lots of quality snaps from those 5 star 2024 kids.
