Nah he’s #37 for me
Cam had the greatest season for individual quarterback stats in Hurricane history. He is clearly one of the most talented QBs Miami has ever had.One season-
Didn’t win a ship-
That’s not on him-
All he did was produce the greatest single season in Hurricane history-
He was pure dope-
Best QB in our history.
Kosar is my number 1, always will be...probablyDefinitely best UM QB I've seen since I started watching the Canes during the mid 1970s.

But he didn’t produce the greatest season in Hurricane history. Far from it. The team didn’t win a dam thing and the season ended in failure. Cam had the opportunity to beat a ranked opponent in the bowl game but, rightly or wrongly, sat out the second half.

It is a team game, and the defense failed all year. They never opted out. Cam held up his end until the second half of Iowa St. He got paid millions of dollars. I guess he forgot it was a team game. I can't understand the crowd that supports this opt-out nonsense, especially when they are getting paid. Is it only a team game until bowl season? You didn't care if Miami won or lost?Statistically he did as you said-I realize it doesn’t hold much if you don’t win a championship -
Whether he played or not in a meaningless bowl game doesn’t mean much to me-
We had our shot losing to Syracuse ended our chance-
It’s a team game -The defense didn’t hold up its bargain for most of the year-
Ward did.
That works both ways if cam was the qb for the 2001 hurricanes they lose two games because of his mistakes and decision makingTop 35 lmfao this fanbase. We just watched as elite as QB play gets on a team that was otherwise 6-6 without him. 2001 Canes has some legends but on that team had dozens of other elite players. This roster had Cam a few very good role players and a coaching staff full of absolute mid bull****. He’s a top 10 Cane easily.

It's been very frustrating the past 20 years, no doubt. It feels like we are cursed.Yeah I understand what your saying-
I’ve been following the U forever I guess I’m immune to lots of disappointments over the last 20+ years -
I was extremely disappointed losing to Syracuse which deflated me when it came to this bowl game-
He spotted them 31 first half points-
We still couldn’t get it done-
IDK man-
Glad someone else said it first .Definitely best UM QB I've seen since I started watching the Canes during the mid 1970s.
oh so it's the gimmik offense that promotes passing yards. over a 1980s offense that runs the ball.Maybe it's him now owning all the significant passing records for the school. Not his fault our competition couldn't be ranked at the exact moment we played them.
Cam had to win the Cuse game. He was out dueled by another transfer quarterback that did not have the weapons that he had

Completely agree, Cam was responsible for the Restrepo fumble, the George bonehead penalty and the defensive self-immolation that couldn’t hold a 21 point lead that Cam handed them.Cam had to win the Cuse game. Both teams had some bad breaks that game. It was a must win. Cam is on the payroll with a one year contract. His legacy depends on that game. I don't appreciate the sarcasm but my New Years resolution is to be a nicer person...so you're lucky.Completely agree, Cam was responsible for the Restrepo fumble, the George bonehead penalty and the defensive self-immolation that couldn’t hold a 21 point lead that Cam handed them.
