I am.
I agree with you regarding Morris' limitations. But benching your senior QB is a complex decision especially with the circumstances the team has been under. IMO the saga the team has been through made it harder for AG to deal with some underachieving seniors as he would have under normal circumstances. Loyalty to Shannon's players who stood by him and did not participate in the NCAA violations, team unity and program image etc,.........A lot of assumptions about who is the best QB are made by folks who either don't know or don't state how they know. Perhaps Morris was the best practice QB, but on game day he was way worse than average. Most games he was the second (sometimes third) best QB on the field.
There are players on the team who have also played the position in HS at a high level (perhaps including walk-ons) I find it difficult to fathom why they could not have done better than the consistently bad performances we saw this year.
Yeah, yeah, the guy throws the occasional long ball, whoopeee! So let's see what the NFL thinks of him.
Morris is the worst QB in Miami history? When did you start watching Miami football? LOLLet's see. Couldn't beat out the worst qb in miami history I'm gonna say no
This, all of this.May the best QB win the job. I don't really care who it is, as long as they can convert on 3rd down.
Well if your hopng for Olsen to start players are saying no way he starts over RYan...
Im more concerned with coach Coley than I am Ryan Williams.
No I hope Kaaya wins the job midyear once he learns how to read defenses and proves himself, anyone who played behind Morris I do not want to be our leader
