Numerous times it was said we would have our qb quickly, staff changes were coming, And miami would be aggressive in the portal. No qb, missed on basically every CB. Lost Horton and added Danielle that’s probably a net negative if we’re being real.

All we’ve done well is add one safety?! Still have the same staff in place, still have Dennis smith doing god knows what. What is going on? @DMoney ??

I do think we see defensive staff changes (after the bowl) and I'd still bet on a portal QB. But the Mateer news is definitely a setback.

Dmoney just feeds info from Dennis smith. It’s pretty obvious. No changes to the d staff and shocker we missed on every CB.

The reason we don’t have any CB is because we have a coach who moves at a snails pace and won’t fire guidry. We have two good portal commits, yes, but there is no denying he moves far slower than all of these other coaches. We are lucky the safety was a fan growing up and Daniels seemingly wanted to come last offseason. Mario needs to adapt, he’s too slow on everything he does.

Why would we wait until after the bowl. Seasons over. We need to address numerous positions. And all we’re doing is missing on the top portal corners and backers bc of it. At least we got a safety! So many holes still need to be addressed this is a joke

Reality is we hired a coach that is a great recruiter. We knew CB was incredibly important and all year it was we needed to land one of hanks or pickett. Missed on both. Needed a qb. Pretty much all of them are off the board. Just like last year in the portal we needed cornerbacks. We got dyoni hill. This year We basically missed on all of the good ones.

So Lately our recruiter has been losing recruiting battles. Venables in particular seems to stuff him in a locker for all the too guys we want. So now we’ve got a recruiter that is struggling to recruit. And we know he’s not a good coach.

Yea we’ve all heard schiano northwestern etc. right now it’s still Guidry. I’ll believe it when I see it.
