LSU catching absolute haymakers right now cot ****
Just when we thought FSU would have the most disastorous class, LSU says hold my beer, lol.

That said, wouldn’t surprise me if the boosters aren’t behind the flips by way of withholding NIL support. Without that $$$ support, you won’t be able to hold to some of those kids once turbelent waters hit and then you give the boosters ammo to force LSU’s hand in getting rid of the coach.

We have **** fans. It is what it is.

No we have a **** venue. When there isn’t max attendance, it looks embarrassing on tv with all the empty areas. Hard Rock is a 65,000 seat stadium. It’s usually going to only be filled to capacity for games like FSU.

Then look at Autzen- one of the notoriously loudest stadiums in cfb. Seats 50,000.

The Duke game supposedly had 60,000 attendance but it still looked empty. My guess is it was closer to 45k.

(Btw I got this photo from a Reddit site making fun of UMs attendance).

Every year we trot out the stats that UM actually had 50k+ average annual attendance and the lack of attendance is highly exaggerated. It is overblown , but unfortunately the visuals tell a different story. Having 50k in a 65k seat stadium will look terrible on tv. Having 45k in a 50k stadium isn’t that noticeable, especially if it’s extremely loud, like Autzen.

Miami needs a smaller stadium closer to campus. Could be just as loud and give the same game day experience as big schools with 80k, but UM unfortunately has chosen a different route that hurts recruiting.

I don't disagree with the issues with the venue.
Having said that I respectfully I don't believe that the venue alone absolves the fans from their lack of support.
Every single UM HC has had to overcome this issue In recruiting.

Yeah it’s why these last couple weeks I’ve been in wait and see mode

That’s not just blind faith in Mario but basically all of the big dogs NIL wise have an idea of what they need to do financially for recruits and the portal now and it might get wild

IIRC last year was quite as crazy as I expected but the way teams have positioning themselves for a few years they’re getting better at it
