Yes. We got top 15 classes from Randy and Golden. We have a coach with 150+ wins that averaged top 10 classes that is being paid over $4 million. I expect more than what I had under the guy that got fired. Sorry if you don't.

Golden had classes ranked at this spot before plummeting. If there's not 4/5 guys we don't know about, top 15 isn't happening. We'd have to finish somewhat strong to finish in the top 10-15.

You can't blame some for getting nervous , it's starting to get that familiar feeling

As they say, recruiting ain't for the weak hearted. I'm not nervous at all. Richt has been doing this for 16 years. This is called having confidence in a professional. Golden was a cheesy used car salesman, so I knew that we'd lose recruits near signing day.

Watched his tape the other day and thought he was scholly worthy. The guy is local and put up numbers I don't get why you wouldn't bring him in with other guys not coming. I mean if he can't play he can transfer out in a year or two.

If he's going to Kentucky, him not being in the class is not a negative unless everybody in the country is missing on this kids evaluation. And that might be happening (see the Forrest Lamp thread) because sometimes talented kids slide through to lesser programs. Richt may or may not sign a good class this year (IMHO it's the o-line recruits that are mission critical), but Dingle not being in it isn't a recruiting failure.

UM has, and will probably always have, at least decent classes. Golden/Shannon did a whole lotta nothin' with them. This staff already looks better on that score. Washington and PSU have never won the recruiting championship. Sure, I'd like a top 5 class, but once you pass a certain threshold, it's what you do with your guys that matters. We've always been beyond that threshold. Our underperformance has not been because of recruiting.

This is why reporting they had contact was dumb. Miami was not taking him no matter what.
