Do they drop him if he never commits? And do they not take his commitment if he wants to commit to them at an All-American game? No. Do you stop recruiting the number 2 or 3 or whatever WR recruit in the country if you think you're in the top 2 or 3 for him? No. If they stop recruiting him, Miami simply beat out Alabama just like Richt did when he was at UGA and just like we did last cycle with Ahmmon.

Does that make Miami better than Alabama? No, but the kid likes the opportunity Miami offers more than Alabama. Not sure why some can't make sense of the fact that we can beat out Alabama for certain guys and some guys actually prefer Miami to Alabama for whatever reason. Everybody that doesn't go to Alabama isn't "dropped". Don't listen to what their writers tell you and what their fans say

Pete said he believes miami will get herbert and slaton. He said he thinks they get at least one of smith or holliman but said staff feels confident with both. Seems to go along with what the recruit said.
