Devonta Smith

Actually think he's better than Jeudy bc he doesn't even realize how good he is yet and he's more explosive.

Never expected him here. Makes too much sense, and if it's one thing these kids do, it's make the choice that makes sense. I'm not sure we were even a realistic option. Just another hat on the table like the Mo Smith situation. He's known exactly where he wanted to go for some time now.

Smith isn't quick. Straight-line guy. He looked horrible in the footage I saw from the Rivals Challenge because he was so leggy and slow out of his breaks.

His speed is legit but Jeudy's ability to separate so easily against good DBs puts him on a whole different level. I think Harley can give us the speed element.

Yup

Dude has one route hes similar to dorsett

So what you're saying is, he has a higher ceiling than Jeudy. Dorsett was a 1st round talent, Jeudy aint sniffing round 1 of the NFL draft, of that I have no doubt.

Lol at dudes predicting where a rising high school senior won't go in the 2020/2021 NFL Draft.

I said round 1 of the NFL draft. People see him double moving 10th graders and start creaming their pants, child please. Not too long ago Ermon Lane was the sht.....eh didn't see that either.

can't blame these kids for not choosing UM at this point. We haven't proved anything yet. That all will change after 10/8.

GUARANTEED!!

He could be Ermon Lane or he could be another Cooper or Ridley...or in between...no one knows until he plays college ball.

He's not explosive enough to be those guys. Those guys could run by you, period. No double moves, just fly. A. Richards has that too. I just think his ceiling is Travis Rudolph, which is a very good college wr. I'm not saying the kid can't play, but he's being compared to next level guys. Is he as good as Stacy Coley was? Cause he's being talked about like that and......no just...no.

Disagree he's on the same level of jeudy

Travis Rudolph is the truth, always wanted him at the U... But Lane never showed that killer instinct that Rudolph has. JJ, has the goods, though,
Let's see what happens from here to NSD..
Atrain, I see what you see, also.

To me hes more like cooper and ridley its like the same type of guy. Ermon just bullied dudes because he was bigger......he never had a route tree like Juedy.

PD is a first rounder but what has he done indy fans were tight they drafted him.

LustnCanes,

don't get me wrong the kid can play, but these other dudes I'm talking about are just better than him. It hurts to lose south FL talent, its been going on for 2 long. Kid is a loss, but I keep seeing post about this kid being the goat because of some camp double moves. Don't take my word for it, look at Richards tape and tell me what you think.

Im not seeing the Jeudy hype either. Werent his numbers from last season average at best too? I would have been happier with a moral victory taking a recruit from Bama then getting him as a player. Like Hallomans tape much better. All imo

In PD's defense 1st year wr's don't normally tear up the league. It takes a few years. And Jeudy is not explosive like those guys man. Jeudy being good at routes now is fine. But you can teach a more explosive guy to run routes once he gets here. We want guys that get a step and are gone, not a 25 yard gain. That's sometimes the difference between winning and losing games.

C'mon, fam. PD's only been in he league a year, and played that year with two offensive coordinators, mostly without the starting QB, and then he got injured. Can we at least give him a lil time to play w Luck and a coherent OC before he ask what he's done. Got ****.

Jeudy ain't running them routes in games or pads. Look at his highlights. Half of em are bubble screens he's taking to the house against midgets. He's elite, but he ain't Ridley or Cooper elite.

Been reading along time first posting.

Anyways why is everyone so shook and hung up on the ones that got away and not hyped about the ones we got. We should be glad we got dingle that's who I'm most excited about. Seriously his situation reminds me of Allen burns always second guessed but look how he turned out. I'd say he turned out pretty much just as good as cooper and the league obviously feels that way.

I honestly rather have dingle a proud cane dog who wants to be here. He might take a year or two but that's alright bc we got ar15 to be the alpha for a year or two for him to get ready but I wouldn't sleep on dingle at all

Hearing it will be Alabama for him

Really kinda shocked by this i was hoping for either Jeudy or Smith like most; I wish Jeudy had Dingle's mentality STAY HOME AND PUT ON FOR YOUR CITY! I doubt that CMR gives up on either though, I like the 2 receivers we have already and there is a lot of time between now and NSD, win and see what happens. I am pretty confident in Richt and his recruiting.

Dingle is the man. All Dade. All State.

This is actually a good Buddhist way of looking at what you have not what's missing which applies to many areas of life. The only problem is that missing pieces matter in terms of success in football. We'll never be happy winning just the ACC Coastal beyond the year we actually win it.

Ar15 is a boss but old miami stack a boss like coley then put ridley and lane and rudolph behind him. Lane transfers then we get AR15 and Bruce tha JJ this year. Bama does it why cant we.....? And bama did it and fsu with terrible first season records.

And i look at Smith loss as good news because deejay dallas said a recruit would ahock the world. It had to be alex leatherwood and i take him over all those guys. But JJ is just as elite imo
