I would like to know what changes were made to the hiring process. A lot of excitement because changes are made, but what about the failures that caused these hires to begin with? Hopefully a deep dive was conducted.

Exactly someone can give you a check to pay off all your debt, but most will end up right back in debt as their lifestyle and habits do not change.

If I'm lending money to fix a mistake, I'm requiring a list of things that will be different this time/learnings or else I might as well burn it.
